The food was decent, I liked my Pat Thai, but their lights are not aligned with many tables. At my table, the light was behind me, and there was no light on my husband's side. It was so dark so uncomfortable that we had to turn on cell phone lights to not only see the menu but also left cell phone lights on just to see the food. It was too dim to be pleasant. It, in fact, was a depressing meal.

Best Thai food in all of Boston. Tastes just like the food I actually ate in Thailand. I love their Tom Yum soup and yellow curry. They honor your modification requests which seems to be very rare these days!

Marginal food, marginal service. There are much better places in the South End. The host ignored my request and I was over charged.

I get takeout here every few weeks when work gets really busy and I've never had a bad meal here. My favorite app is their fresh rolls and I think it's one of the best around. The front-desk people are really nice and attentive.

Pad Thai was decent but there was a small bug crawling on my plate as they served it. Not sure how you don’t notice something like that? Definitely won’t be back, there are much better Thai restaurants in the area.

I recently visited House of Siam for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The entrance involves a few steps, but once inside, the ambiance is cozy, offering seating on both the main and loft levels. To kick off my meal, I ordered the golden bags and crab rangoon, both of which arrived promptly and were accompanied by delicious dipping sauces. The flavors were satisfying and appeared to have a slight taste of curry. The basil fried rice surpassed my expectations, delivering a perfect blend of heat and spice. The dish was flavorful and piping hot enhancing the overall enjoyment. The staff at House of Siam were friendly and efficient contributing to the pleasant atmosphere. I look forward to returning to explore more of their enticing menu.

I was a bit disappointed the basil fried rice didn't have much taste. I like the intimate look

Every time I go inside this place to pick up the food that I ordered there is a man that works there as it cashier he treats me like I'm some kind of an outsider trying to push me out of the place and was not treat it well . They’re dumping their grease on the ground in the back and is very disgusting back there. I live right around the corner from here. Be careful.

Stopped in for a quick appetizer medley to tide us over and we were blown away! Especially recommend the crab Rangoon!

My go-to Thai place from now on. Good food, fast delivery service, and everything was as ordered.

I went in for a takeout, I requested chicken pad Thai with onions and peppers substituting sprouts and scallions. The women wanted to charge me extra. I also requested egg which she also charged me an additional cost. Egg is an ingredient per the menu. I then spoke up and said egg is included and if you’re going to charge me for two additional vegetables do I get a credit for the two i don’t want.. she became very rude. I’ve been going there for years at least twice a month ordering the same thing with no additional charge. I will never step foot in there again. The food and customer service has gone downhill since the passing of Joe. I recommend not supporting the greed of the offspring that clearly didn’t learn customer service skills from Joe. There are other Thai restaurants in the south end that frankly are better now the the offspring ruined a quality restaurant.
