Out doing touristy things and walked in right after they opened. The ice cream was great and the service was as well. Loved the sweet lady, Shirl, who helped us. She was very nice and personable. Hope to make it back!

Artisanal ice creams, they have been making them since approximately 1940. They are quite creamy but I think they lack some flavor. The cookie dough I thought was going to be the bomb but it was pretty soft. It had no cookie dough flavor and the pieces of dough were very smallGood bathroom protected by a pin and a fairly warm place to protect yourself from the cold

Pink hat woman server speaks, no yells really loud to her co-worker and customers, she also whacks those metal serving ice cream scoops as hard as she possibly could. This place is small, narrow, concrete ceiling, wall, and floor, So the yelling voice bounces really loudly. I was v calm and polite and asked if she knew about how loud she was. She said she did not care, she did not care about me either, and she has to whack the scoops to get the water off them. Wow don't think I've encountered such a rude, angry food server, ever. The coffee is okay, not great, maybe cheaper, but there are 5 other coffee shops on the street. Any of them would be good choices.

This is the best JP Licks I have been to. Cheryl is the sweetest person! She was very patient with me. She was very understanding too. I had three gift cards and she kept assuring me that there was no rush. When another customer walked in she greeted them and let them know she would be with them in a minute. By far one of the best run food service establishments I have been to. It was clean and organized as well. I have worked in food service for a while now and know how stressful it gets. Cheryl is amazing and this is by far the top JP Licks I have found. Perfection!

Really good ice cream milkshake. I got the Boston cream pie flavor with a topping made out of caramel and chocolate (I forgot the name). Delicious! Not too sweet, you could really feel the ice cream

Whoever the older lady that wears a batman beanie and a hoodie is a nightmare for customer service. Watched her have an attitude with both her staff and a customer gently asking for assistance. Super low service.

I was kind of cold and in the mood for a warm snack, so I picked the kouign aman ($5). It was fluffy, but nothing super special. I think I'll stick to ice cream next time I'm at JP. The store was on the dirtier side, so I'd recommend taking your food to go.
