Ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese... They forgot the cream cheese. Who just eats a plain bagel. Also ordered a salmon bagel and they forgot the salmon. Orded a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel... It was ice cold.

Signage on the door said they were open until 12 (midnight). Apparently it's not accurate.

Great place to do work since it's open until 11 pm! I will say the furniture is a bit old since the seats look ripped and coffee is a bit pricey. The staff has been nice!

Not a big fan of this place, but when you need a pick me up and I am in this area of backbay I will go. I have had their tea once. I had chamomile if I remember correctly the tea tasted a bit weird. I have also had lattes from here and they used to come in cool to go cups. Not sure if they do that anymore. This place has tons of seating. It also has a bar area. There is a somewhat private seating area in the front with cool chairs. It is a good place to meet with friends though either to grab a drink later in day or a nice hot or iced coffee. When I was here alot if school kids were here doing Homework with their friends. Service was ok staff were ok too.

I have wanted to try Jaho for a while now - and I'm glad I did! I took the chicken onion empanada, which was yummy, but the highlight was my drink. I drank the lavender vanilla latte, which was delicious, but it took me so long to decide what to get - I have never seen such a unique and extensive beverage menu! I will be returning to try all the other exciting drinks they have. I really love the ambience of the place too - everything is pink, and it's so aesthetically pleasing and pretty. I definitely recommend Jaho!

While you expect fresh eggs and cheese on a bagel, they serve you boiled eggs on a chewwie bagel. That's insulting. Completly disappointing.

I have been to many Jaho locations, and this is my least favorite. They added way too much vanilla syrup to my vanilla latte. Also the shop was dirty in the early morning.

We went there for the first time but we had a good time enjoying the cozy atmosphere. Their drinks and food are also amazing. I would recommend Jaho for visiting.

Last night was my first time at Jaho and I was thoroughly disappointed in the service. 2 guys behind the bar where we order, just talking with each other. They didn't greet us or acknowledge us at all. Didn't ask us if we wanted to order even when we made eye contact (or tried to) and seemed ready. I asked a question about a syrup and I received a mostly unhelpful answer. The options look awesome. I got a hot matcha latte with oat milk and it was great. I saw that they have pistachio milk and other fun alternative milks. They have alcohol. I'd go back, for sure, but the service was gross and very off-putting.If there's another location I'll probably try that one out. Neither guy from last night at the Back Bay location were at all friendly. It was uncomfortable and weird. I'm a current server in a restaurant and a previous barista, so I do know what good service is and what I should expect.

Cozy, cute coffee spot. However, the food & drinks are over priced & don’t taste as good as they look. Ordered the pumpkin chai but it was more milky than chai-y. The breakfast sandwich was cold. /:

Interesting concept. This establishment has good, some desserts, boba and some unique alcoholic drink combinations. Atmosphere is clean, vibrant with some darker corners with a classic coffee house vibe.

Coffee shop with a twist. They also serve quirky cocktail mixes. The sandwich itself was very tasty. Good place to grab a quick bite.
