We are not frequent consumers of this franchise. Pleasantly surprised of good value of 8” sandwiches. Unfortunately a local customer grabbed our order and left the store. REALLY? Rude! JJs made it right for us!
As always, the sandwich was fantastic. Gladly, this place is open till 11pm. Staff were kind and courteous, even though they were naturally tired at 10:30pm toward the end of their shift. The bread was still fresh and delicious.

Great place for a quick eat before an event at the TD Garden. It's just a minute walk away and it's in the cheapest restaurants nearby. I didn't know of this chain and it reminded me of a better Subway with a prepared menu (as in you don't pick the ingredients for your sub, but I believe you can build your own). Bread was very fresh, vegetables as well. Decoration is fun as well.
