Absolutely wonderful gelato! My 16 year old ice cream connoisseur fell in love with it to the point we visited multiple times in our 3 day stay is Boston! Lots of flavor options for every taste and so very creamy and rich!

Lady at the counter (sitting next to the sample spoons in plain sight) said they don't give samples. It was for a toddler to see if he liked the flavor. I went across the way to the frozen yogurt place. There wasn't even anyone in line, not like they were in a hurry. Just rude.

Our family enjoyed our gelato from Joey's. It has a great location and the guy was really nice. Not the best gelato I've ever had (that was in Venice), but it was solid for what you'd expect in a touristy area.
