If you call for your order ahead of time it will be better the quality of food is very good customer service is very good unless somebody makes them upset which that's normal cuz they're human but service is very good very fast they're open till almost 3:00 in the morning you can definitely go after the club and get something to eat the steak and cheese is the best the cheeseburger sub chicken fingers are good also all their french fries are bomb I don't know if anybody remembers when Burger King had that type of french fry that had that extra type of like batter on it but their french fries are dope and bomb like you can put ranch dressing with them blue cheese or something like that you know what I'm saying and they're not racist they don't act like they don't want to serve somebody service is good especially the lady at the count of Big ups to herKid-friendliness: What's the sub place yes it's kid friendly you can't sit down and eat but you order your food and you leave so I don't know about that it's a fast food place

Since the lady doesn’t work there I guess anymore the service had gone down hill. I order a fish sub. Sub came with just diced Pickles. He didn’t get my order right. Told me to come back and he’ll put the other topping in it. I’m already home comfortable and you want me to come back. 15$ for 3 little piece of fish. SMH I should of asked for a refund.

And not worth the price , so r make the mistake of ordering from Uber eats OR goin in person … they be having rift raft in there all hours of the night AND got the nerve to be expensive . I ordered a chicken Cesar wrap through Uber eats and i picked it up myself, it was over 15.00 and wasn’t even large (only came in one size and it was small af …. Like the size of my hand and my hands aren’t big and beastly lol! They need to bring them prices down and they need to make better food, had irregular bowel movements the next day (the runs) and that’s all I had that day or night besides water.

Price on board says 20.50 rings up 24.90 they are charging extra money when I say when I pay with card it's more money lady says no we charge extra 4% when you use card isn't that what I said she said no you said we charge more with card check your money when you go the over charging one tax now card tax you get tax 2x

This place should be called the worst sub shop in Boston. I lived here for over 40 years and have never experienced WORSE service and food in my life. The customer service is horrible and they don't tell you that you have to pay for the bag in advance so I spent 10 minutes trying to get a bag just to take my food out. I paid $15 for a large steak and cheese and received just bread and no meat. do not eat at this place.l there are many other places in the area like Nick's Pizza that have better food at a better price. Horrible. I tried to give them another chance last time I ate here I received chicken that was undercooked and I gave them a pass and tried it again. Same result. Eat here at your own risk

I Ordered ziti and meatball with a side salad + a drink and I can't eat any of it cause they didn't even give me a fork. I understand business and cutting cost but everything I order required a fork and when I called the woman told me they only give forks when asked .... as if customers are supposed to know that. Bad business! I hope you learn from my $20 mistake, I had to give 1 star in order to review but this place does not deserve any. Please disappear and make room for better businesses in our community.
