Honestly the worst coffee I’ve ever had. We got two coffees and both were horrendous. Service was pretty bad. Açai / batido bowls tasted okay but were served in plastic containers, despite Google photos suggesting otherwise. Avoid if possible

I don't know why this store has to close so early. It should be open until 9.

A few days ago, my sorority sister went to this place & was met with such rude behavior from one of the workers. She let me know that this worker had an attitude because he might of felt like she was “taking too long to order”. He kept rolling his eyes, helping other customers instead of her, and sighing loudly when she asked questions regarding the menu. My sister was gave this employee no reason to be this unkind to her so my conclusion is anti-blackness/racial prejudice. This is unacceptable and I’m very disappointed in her first and last experience at this establishment.

Might be one of the best restaurants I've ever been to. I'm here typing this mid meal because of how damn good it is. The atmosphere is like I'm back home, the smells, the music, the menu it's all perfect. The food is amazing and I'm definitely coming back as soon as I can. 10/10 don't listen to the haters they're lying. Mi genteKid-friendliness: Idk man but a kid would definitely like the food

This is my absolute favorite spot in the South End. Fresh juice and smoothies + amazing food too!! I am low key addicted to Sra. Martinez. On top of that, service is phenomenal here.

The employee refuse to change their gloves when you ask them, and they are very rude. When I asked, for the manager, she told me she don’t speak English and to go away. I would never go back there or send any of my family or friends there. They use one gloves for everything to wash the dishes to serve the food and to change the garbage.

Great natural juice ,made right in front of you. Fresh fruit, no gimmick. Small place with huge potential and clientele. Oh yeah they go get busy .

Would come here much more often if it were half the price! Fresh, natural ingredients and super cute vibes. My smoothie was literally a blend of a whole passion fruit, avocado, and banana - refreshingly not too artificially sweet! Super small inside but there's some chairs outside too.

Went at 2:20, 40 minutes before close and it was closed.

Music blaring - employees ask the customers to speak up. Maybe turn down the volume. Also, what’s the point of ordering 30 mins in advance if you show up, one other customer in line and they haven’t started a simple iced coffee.Customer service here has been struggling for years.

Got a Kalik Batido (smoothie), but it sadly tasted like very unripe green banana and I didn't taste any peanut. I guess I would try their salads though.

Small place for bowls, juices and sandwichesNot blown away by both the presumably Belgium waffle and the chorizo sandwichAlso all was served in plastic while eating inWould be lovely if they could be a bit more environmental friendly

The smoothies are fresh, the taste is great, I love getting the Aston, the breakfast is great and filling. I love grabbing food here because I know I’m getting real fresh food.

All signs were outside and door was open and asked for bowl of fruit with 20 mins before closing and rudely greeted at the door and still couldn't get my bowl of fruit because they want to say it was closed but 20 min left till closing right. Lost a loyal customer.
