Loud music, uncomfortable seating, QR code menu type place. Food was awesome though !! I got udon noodles and the consistency of the noodles was great. Also got dumplings for an appetizer and they were tasty too. Super quiet at 8pm which was nice.

Good option for a quick Korean meal or a late night K-BBQ near BU.Initially perceived as a typical Japanese restaurant, I was surprised to discover its Korean focus during a recent late-night visit. The restaurant, with its clean, traditional Korean BBQ layout, exuded a welcoming vibe. While restaurant serving Korean and Japanese food under Chinese management might not sound appealing, the dishes I tried weren’t too bad.Among the menu I ordered, the Chicken Gizzard, with its mix of peppers, garlic, and sesame oil, stood out. The Kimchi Fried Rice, while slightly Americanized lacking that extra kick of tanginess typical in Korean cuisine, was still quite enjoyable. The prompt service, with all the dishes arriving in under ten minutes, added to the positive experience.Kayuga might not be my first choice for authentic Korean comfort food, but it certainly is a reliable option for those seeking a quick Korean meal or a casual K-BBQ experience in the BU area.

Great late night place, the selection is pretty good and the meat are delicious, especially the steam egg and the side dishes. Definitely will be back again.

Kayuga recently transitioned to serving KBBQ, so I just had to come and try out their new menu. We ordered a dinner combo and it was so much food for three people. It came with eight side dishes and two large egg stews. The steak was so tender and our server grilled it expertly in front of us. The marinated beef had such a gentle sweetness to it. I felt like a king eating such a feast.Overall, the meat and side dishes were absolutely delicious, the servers were very polite and attentive to us and the atmosphere fit wonderfully for a modern KBBQ restaurant.

The atmosphere here is so great. It’s a chic kbbq place and the service is very good. I’ve been looking for a good kbbq place in the area with a more modern vibe and this definitely fits the bill. The prices are reasonable and the food itself tastes delicious. 10/10 recommend and I’m definitely coming here again

I just went there for sushi but they said they didn't have sushi. I'm just as surprised as you are. Maybe it was the time of day? But still a "Japanese" restaurant that doesn't serve sushi!? Not going back there again for Japanese but might try their Korean next time, as their menu is extensively Korean these days.

The food I got here (Shumai) was delicious, though a bit overpriced for the portion size. Great care was taken to make sure that the food was served fresh and warm. Taken to go, the food was thoughtfully packaged and ready for pick up on time. The ambiance inside the restaurant itself was nice and had a bit of an upscale vibe to it.

You get a good feeling going into the ambience of this restaurant. The server also did a great job in understanding our needs and taking the order quick. However, the taste of all the food we ordered, WAS SUBPAR.Chicken was rubbery, rice cakes were harder to eat than usual and we just couldn’t enjoy the whole meal. They did a good job with Scallion pancakes though.I honestly feel the chef here needs to check on the chicken in their food. It tasted little stale and rubbery like I mentioned. For location, service and ambience: I feel it was good.Overall 3/5 stars

Fresh and delicious! Everything you want from Koren food. They include sides of kimchi, pickled daikon, and bean sprouts plus miso soup which really brings them to the next level :)

I ordered the yakisoba and it came with miso soup! It was so delicious especially after my friends and I walked from Roadrunner to there on a Tuesday night during the winter storm ? I really loved that they were open until 1 AM because we wanted to have something to warm us up and this was the perfect place!P.S.: I put $10-20 because we all paid for what we ate instead of splitting it up by how many of us there were.
