Didn’t even order because customer service through the window was just nasty and awful. The manager, a bald man (didn’t catch his name) didn’t care that the drive thru worker was being rude and just stared at me when I drove up wanting to cancel my order?. Very unprofessional. All I’m saying is it’s not difficult to be nice to someone and ask if you don’t understand.

I have never been to KFC and received chicken like this it was supposed to be original instead it was hard dry and taste less it had to have been sitting there all day it should have been discarded looking like

I ordered for delivery at 9:30pm and my door dasher arrived at the store 10:10pm for pick up. The staff said they don’t take my order anymore even though the order was charged on the website. They said they are about to close, but the store closing time is 11pm, which is 1.5 hour from when I placed my order. And I was told to cancel the order and try to get the refund myself. I just dont understand.

Slow team. Bad customer service. I ordered through the app. It says ready but I am waiting now for more than 30 mns and nobody could tell me if they have my order or gave it to me. I had to cancel it. The worst they were not even busy.

Did DoorDash here! Horrible. No chicken for pickup orders than when I call customer service all of a sudden you have chicken. Super slow!!!!!!! 40 mins waiting! Kid at the counter doesn’t communicate well. SMH.
