My experience wasn't the best, as they basically served me plain milk when I ordered the Cocoa Cream Wow Milk, but was too far by the time I realized the error. Bummer. My girlfriend's taro drink was really good, so I know it has potential.

There are a lot of bubble tea places around here. They all are great quality, I don't think I've ever gone to one here and thought it was not good. The thing that appeals to me here is that there is almost no wait and the staff is very fast. Generally if you see a bubble tea place crowded in this area, just walk a bit and go to the next one. They are all great.

Good flavorful tea and honey boba. I got the signature milk tea with boba and it was good! It was a quick order and pickup experience.
I always order in the app and by the time I get to the store, my order is usually ready. The staff are always friendly and the drink is always good. This location has limited sitting and although it can often get crowded, the crowd clears in a matter of minutes.

I ordered the S'mores Slush and it was okay. The Fluff stuck to the sides of the cup and was hard to get. I wanted my receipt, but the employee threw it away in the garbage can.

I went in for a drink last night after having dinner out. The man operating the store immediately told me they don’t have any available bathrooms and that I should go outside, even though I was only in the store 5 seconds and had not said a single word. I said I want to order some tea.
Upon paying for my drink, when I pulled out my wallet, he abruptly told me no cash. I was going to pay with a card.
Had I not been on vacation, I would have returned anyway. I was rushed and profiled. The tea was okay.

Kungfu tea has been a staple for good milk teas as well as smoothies. Most recently, I ordered through their app and got their roasted chestnut milk tea with boba. Pickup was super easy as my drink was ready when I got to the store. The milk teas at their full sugar level are quite sweet, so you can adjust to a lower sugar level for maximum flavor, but less sweetness. There were pieces of chestnut in the drink which added a different texture as you were drinking that went quite nicely with the chewy boba. My other go-to orders are kung fu honey milk tea or a passionfruit slush in the summertime.

Came in here yesterday and got crap customer service and didn't like the iced coffee at all. The lady didn't say Thank You, You're Welcome, nothing! So many options around the corner, I now have to skip this one.
