We had a delicious catered lunch for our work team. Everything was fantastic and the ordering/delivery process was super easy. I highly recommend Larry J’s!

Larry is an unappreciative jerk. I started ordering and apparently he couldn’t hear so instead of nicely asking me to speak up he yells “volume!” My friend then also asked about sauce and Larry got all angry again, saying “It’s taken care of. This is a BBQ place. You really think I wouldn’t give you sauce?” Larry, if you don’t want people to come back, you’re doing a good job. Your food isn’t that good to put up with you to get it. Learn some customer service and how to be a decent human being. Advice to everyone else: spend your money on a business that appreciates it and will treat you with respect.

Ribs were decent. Candied yams tasted like they were out of the can. Mac & cheese lacked flavor. Pulled chicked was extremely dry.

How disappointing!!! The owner was very rude to our group of 4 ladies. My friend asked for some silverware. She was told you bought a hotdog you don't need one. She had pulled pork and mac & cheese. The brisket was bland, the mac & cheese wasn't good. Overall, a very unpleasant experience!!!!!!!!

This food was a culinary disappointment. I ordered (via Uber Eats) a Turkey leg, collard greens and Mac and cheese. Each item ended up seeing the inside of my trash can. The Turkey leg was EXTREMELY hard and flavorless, not tender at all. The collard greens were very bitter and had no seasoning and the Mac and cheese was dry. Mind you, I ordered in the morning (they weren't open yet) but scheduled delivery for when they were open. I felt extremely taken advantage of. While the Turkey leg was big, I knew it would be tasteless as soon as I removed it from its foil sheath. It was evident that I received a turkey leg from the day before. I do not recommend this place in the least.

Staying overnight in the port district before catching a cruise. Walked to this place for dinner. It is outdoor seating and it was a bit chilly. Place was clean and had a large menu My husband loved his sandwich. Mine was ok.

Take it from a Texan. This is where I go when I'm homesick, the only passable bbq in Boston.

Didn't even order because Larry was extremely rude. I honestly was shocked that a business owner could make their patrons that unwelcome

I absolutely love this spot! My favorite bbq in the city if I'm being honest. Portions are amazing, always have leftovers! Service is amazing and they will answer any questions you have! Plus, outdoor seating is the best in the summer!
