This was the best Italian food I have ever had and they are very accommodating to gluten and dairy allergies. If you're looking for an amazing experience go here!

I've gone to Libertine a few times now, and overall I enjoy it. The food was safe, I got the veal Milanese and it's exactly what you'd expect, and that's exactly what I wanted - cooked properly, subtly cheesy; right amount of greens. I recommend the pistachio martini if you're into drinks, their bar does standard cocktails well, but the pistachio martini just hit differently. Price wasn't *terrible* ($70 a head for a North End dinner with drinks, can't exactly fight that). I appreciated the waiter telling us gratuity was included because we were a large party, some places just don't give you that warning.I think my only gripe for the evening was a situation with the bathroom. I was waiting for the restroom and another patron got impatient and went into an area marked "employees only" without reading the sign. The people who I think were the owners came down to the bathroom area three separate times to confront him, and while I agree he was dumb for essentially trespassing, I think it became a bit too much of a spectacle for the evening - no great way to handle it, but it was kind of painful to watch and I was worried for my friend who couldn't get up the stairs because of the confrontation.

Very average and not worth the price. I would pay a high price for high quality food but this was not it. The gnocchi was just very bland and paired with a simple marinara sauce. Drinks were just okay, but still not worth the price.

Such a beautiful meal: excellent food, impeccable service, and a joy all around. Carlos was the best server I’ve had since Barcelona….honest and detailed in his recommendations and intuitive about what we needed all evening. Star of the show was the grilled octopus. We also highly recommend the lobster ravioli and the scallops. Everything was fresh and homemade. *chef’s kiss* Libertine is a gem in the North End. The recommendation by long time locals was well warranted.

My mushroom pasta was good; however, the chicken piccata and meatball appetizer were subpar. Definitely not worth the price and not good Italian food just because it's in the north end.

Libertine exceeded all expectations! The impeccable service made our dining experience truly exceptional. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, enhancing our evening. Now, onto the food. The mariscada – a Portuguese culinary masterpiece! Each bite was a burst of flavors. Followed by the lobster ravioli, each bite was light and delicious. This is a five-star gem for those seeking an exquisite blend of top-notch service and delectable dishes.Dietary restrictions: Just about everything on the menu has a gluten-free option

Libertine was recommended by a friend based on their GF menu. Let me tell you, this food was ABOVE AND BEYOND our expectations for GF. Some restaurants try to be GF but miss the mark. These people crushed it. The GF bread was to die for. I've never seen my husband and two teenage boys excited. They LOVED it. Keep up the good work. We will be back soon. *We drover 45 mins into town and 45 mins out. It was worth every minute.

The food was very good, some was excellent. Our server was wonderful. The restaurant says that everything on the menu can be made gluten free except the ravioli, but they had no GF dessert. Most of all, this restaurant is LOUD. So so loud. The noise level made the experience unpleasant.

Awfull ! Industrial meals, charcuterie plate was a total disaster... we decided to leave the restaurant to continue our diner in another place. Really disgusting food and expensive for this poor quality !

Our table of four had an early reservation before a weekend night Celtics game. The menu was somewhat limited but the fact that most items were gluten free (important to our table), was definitely a plus. All of us enjoyed the food, especially the meatball appetizer and the fresh pasta with mushrooms. Cocktails and wine were good too! Big shout out to our waiter who was very helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend Libertine!
