This place doesn't give you a table until your whole party arrives. I know this place is busy so I got here at 430pm before the dinner rush. While I was waiting for my party to come, the host offered me the free chips and other free snacks at the front counter. I think I saw hair ties too lol. When my whole party arrived, the server explained everything and how to order since it was our first time here. All the staff was very nice. The food was fresh. My favorite is probably the fish ball with the roe inside.

Tried this place with friends and went for mostly prime beef and the waygu. I really liked the sauce creation idea and was my favorite activity to do. The location is decent. Ambiance is OK surely needs a renovation. The service was not good as we were rushed. Do not go there unless you're at least three hours away from closure as they close everything an hour before closure. The food is ok. Quality of meat and veggies were good. Overall, ok but may not return there.

Pretty nice meat quality. The side dishes were good, the all you can eat pig ear was awesome. And the chili wings were really good as well. The udon and thin noodles also went really well with the meat broth at the end, after all the juices were soaking for a while. All the fruit was nice tooThe ambience was pretty nice, classy pendant lights and color scheme

All over good but member prices were confusing and becoming a member not a known option so we ended up paying much more than we thought we should be paying as who slashed the whole price on the menu and expect me to look at the non red price. Crazy unprofessional but waitress and hostess were nice although hot pot was dry if you know what I meanParking: Just go around blocks in right turns and you should find a parking close but could take a while

Real good place to have a Hot Pot. It was my first experience in this type of restaurant and I enjoyed it a lot! It may not be the cheapest (nor the most expensive) option but it could be the tastiest. The only bad thing is that you can't book a table and you have to go in person to wait. Still a really great experience!!

If you can't make a reservation, you have to wait on site. If you wait for more than an hour, you will get a bottle of sour plum soup, and if you wait for more than two hours, you will get a plate of beef. You have to be mentally prepared for a long wait.Hot pot is divided into small individual pots and large shared pots. The soup base is charged. Other meat plates, vegetables, and hot pot ingredients are also ordered a la carte. In addition, the self-service bar has sauces, fruits, and simple snacks. The price is on the high side in terms of portion size. The meat slices are cut very thin, and the portions of vegetables and tofu are not large. It costs about $30 per person and is not very filling. It is barely enough to go with the fried steamed buns, red bean soup, fruits, etc. from the buffet bar. I feel that the other person's happy lamb has a higher sex ratio.
