I found cockroaches walking on the food just as I was going to order my plate. And the boy didn't pay much attention to that and I didn't buy more. I left. It's disgusting, that place needs to be disinfected and inspected.

I have been at this place three times this week, every time it's a different price for about the same amount of food today was the most expensive. I asked the cashier why the prices are so irregular and her answer was “well it depends who’s working” I asked again… “so it depends who is here as a cashier it’s how you charge for the food” and she confirmed “yes”The quality of the food is also very irregular, the day before yesterday I got chicken in red sauce and the chicken (leg) was too dry, today I ordered beef in red sauce and it was also irregular, some of it was tender and some It was dry as if the had mixed old cooked beef with fresh cooked beef. I wouldn't recommend it!! We are not going backI have been to this place three times this last week today was the multi time. Every time I go the prices are different for the same amount of food. Today was the most expensive. I asked the lady who was charging (at the cashier) why there was a difference in prices for the same amount of food and her response was that “it depends on who is here charging” what? I asked him again, so the cost of the food depends on the person who is collecting at the register? And he confirmed that “yes”The food is also very irregular, sometimes it is fresh and juicy (the chicken) and sometimes it is very dry as if it is already overcooked. Likewise with the stewed beef, today I ordered that and it was very mixed, some pieces of meat felt fresh just cooked and other pieces of meat felt very dry. It looked like they had mixed freshly cooked meat with meat cooked yesterday or the day before.I do not recommend this place, we will NOT return

Very bad customer service, I don't understand how you ask for your order in person and they still don't complete it, expensive prices, and the disastrous service.

Food is good but the service is HORRIBLE! Just AWFUL! I feel sorry for the owner. He should replace some of the women both serving and ringing out the food. I went in after coming out of the clinic and was looking for something quick and good. It isn’t the only time the lady at the register is rude. I just won’t go there anymore and hopefully the owner realizes ?

I don't speak Spanish and I'm very allergic to avocados. So generally when I try to order food in East Boston I'm a little nervous. But that won't stop me from having yummy food! The staff didn't speak English but I was able to order just fine.I got the shrimp burrito and 2 bean pupusas which were amazing. Perfect amount of spice. The staff followed my order and didn't include avocados. I'm alive and I got to have awesome food. Win win.
