I placed an order online for pick-up. The bowl I ordered didn't include any of the add-ons I'd ordered and paid for. The rice is undercooked.

Great poke place. Kind employees, fresh ingredients, good selection of sauce. I eat here at least once a week.

Great poke bowls, decent serving size, and the variety of options on the menu make this a solid choice for this part of Boston. Convenient to the WeWork for a lunch option.

Good varsity if sushi and bowls. Interesting menu. We loved the flame seared bowl!!We ordered for bowls-Fenway special - this was quite good. A slightly sweeter side and a good taste.Volcano Spice - This was spicy just as the name suggested and just as we wanted it to be. We got the flame sear on this one which gave it a different and nice taste.Crispy Noodle Hack - this had a lot of the crispy noodles and taste was fine but I felt they could add a few vegetables to balance the crispiness. It felt like I was just eating crispy noodles all the time. A little extra sauce would’ve been good too.Makirittos - we got the Salmon and the Spicy Salmon rolls. They were ok. We would’ve liked if they were cut into smaller pieces as well. Would have been easier to eat.Ambience was decent. The thing that irked us was that after we placed the order and paid for it, we were told they would close in 20 mins. So we had only 20 mins to order anything else and finish our food. Had we known this earlier, we would probably not placed the order and visited the place again later.

Some of the portions here seem fair, but this is the second time I go and it’s - again - a tiny portion! Not like other poke places around for the same price. Will avoid.

I've been trying some of the lunch spots around my office in an effort to pump myself up to go into the office more. I do love a good poke bowl so decided to give Love Art Sushi a try, since it's within walking distance. I ordered the Green Machine with the spicy salmon add-on. I must have misread the description because I was expecting cubes of the white tofu maybe marinated in some sauce or grilled but instead got what looked like cut-up strips of inari. Tasty and well-seasoned, but I would've much preferred the firm chunks of tofu. The portion of spicy salmon was a little skimpy but I would've forgiven that if it tasted good - it was all right. The poke at Manoa in Somerville (sold by the pound or half-pound) has ruined conveyor belt poke. They do offer online ordering/pick-ups but when I went without putting in an order, I was the only one in line and got my food very quickly. My lunch was about $18 which is on the steep side.

The poke is so fresh every time I come, really consistent...very reasonable prices too. If you need your fix (like I do) I can't think of a more reliable place to grab a poke bowl in the middle of the city.

Love Art truly does have great staff that do their best to accommodate for specific customer needs. The environment is always welcoming and the display/quality of the bowls are always so consistent. Will definitely be visiting again.

Whenever I go to this restaurant I receive good service, the place is very clean, the food is very well served and the price is very good. The manager is very kind and his treatment of employees is very kind and gentle. I rarely meet managers as kind and professional as I have seen them. The manager also serves us and is very kind and professional!!!! The atmosphere is soft, calm, cheerful because the young people attend are very friendly and now I have seen that they have set tables for people to stay but at ease!!! I loved it, I hope you also come by to put it there. Quality 10!!!

They need to do better with their pickup times. I had a pickup order scheduled for 12:15. Arrived at my time only to stand in the store for over FORTY minutes to get my food. If I just got in line to place my order there, it would have been much quicker but they just kept saying they were working on it in the back. This is insane, who has time for this? If you’re trying to schedule a pickup on your lunch break, think again because you’ll probably be late getting back to work.

The food making process is very quick, efficient and delicious. The dining-in section makes the mood a whole lot more welcoming now that I can enjoy my food with pretty artwork and music to enjoy. I look forward to stop by again soon.Wheelchair accessibility: It’s really nice that they have a ramp.
