We got the salmon cups, which was very hearty and yummy! We also got the Botan Ebi Ikura and the Miso Butter Cod and another handroll which I forgot but all were so fresh and delicious in their own ways. We did have to wait 20 minutes to be seated since it is a small space, but it was totally worth it!

Quite honestly it seemed like whoever is running this place isn’t very experienced. Disregarding the fact the handrolls were too big (unenjoyable fish/rice to seaweed ratio), there were issues with the majority of dishes I got.This restaurant seems like a place ran by someone who likes eating sushi but knows nothing about it. The biggest problem was the temperature. Sushi isn’t supposed to be the same temperature as ice cream. Every bite felt cold and weird.-Salmon taste was off. It’s hard to mess up salmon-The miso cod tasted like clam chowder.-wagyu was the only decent item-blue crab was mushy-chawamushi wasn’t horrible but nothing good-yellowtail tasted like mush. No flavor-Eel was thin. Barely any eel, all rice-spicy scallop wasn’t horrible, but not worth recommendingIt’s not often I don’t finish every item I order but this time around I didn’t. My recommendation is maybe have a head chef who knows what they’re doing. I see all these high star reviews. In Boston people don’t know sushi. I know this is critical but I hope you take this information and improve.

Went tonight to celebrate my son’s birthday and early Valentine’s Day dinner..:wasn’t disappointed. Everything was delicious! Highly recommend the steamed eggs, snow crab roll & spicy yellowtail roll. Can’t wait to go back!!
Andy was a great server! The food was delicious! Miso butter cod and a5 wagyu with foie gras was the star. Spicy tune and spicy salmon I was good too. Fresh wasabi brings everything to another level.

Great little place to get quality hand rolls. Since the restaurant does not take reservations, we showed up right when they opened but there was still a line! Our favorite was the blackened cod hand roll.

A decent Temaki (hand-roll) place near Boston. Everything is good, but they are not at the top level.If you are looking for high-end omakase, this would not be a good place. However, this place is a decent place to enjoy Temaki. I can strongly recommend some menu, but these are all expensive ones on the menu (Still, you will not regret). After you get the best ones in the restaurant, the price isn't really reasonable.Service and atmosphere are good enough, but not the best. When I asked some specific questions, some servers or the chefs at the counter were not ready.Kid-friendliness: No

Really excited to try this spot after seeing it online. Such a unique concept for sushi and small bites. I went during early dinner time, which is my recommendation, since it can get busy later on I've been told. They don't take recommendations. Also, no alcohol rn, but that's okay—I'd rather save money for buying food. I tried about 5-6 rolls in total which filled me up and had great presentation. I would have loved it had they all come out at once, but that just shows the freshness. Sitting by myself in front of the chefs gave me an interactive show and great service as well. The decor itself is very minimalist, but I have a feeling they'll add more in time. They have a cool wall behind the chefs. I'll be back. Great for a date, casual dining, or solo eating like I did

Amazing. Everything was 10/10. The ambiance is a quaint little restaurant, they used wood to beautifully decorate the interior in a Japanese minimalistic fashion.I sat down at the bar and found it cozy. The salmon cups were adorable and tasty, I also enjoyed the umami flavor of the chawanmushi.The wagyu was the show stopper along with the uni. They even brought out a certificate to show me the gradin of the wagyu. Melted in my mouth like butter.The service was very attentive. Young staff, but you can tell they love working there and have been properly trained.Definitely coming back!
Favorites are the miso cod, mango shrimp tempura, Hokkaido Uni, Hokkaido scallops, spicy tuna but def give everything a try and go in early to avoid wait!igh quality fish and ingredients that are meticulously prepared. Cannot wait until they fully open, this will be a regular spot for us!

All the rolls I tried were amazing, they were not at all stingy with the fish. The service was attentive, which makes sense given the small interior of the restaurant. The Miso Black cod and spicy Tuna are delicious.
