A lot has changed since going here from my childhood to now, I love the kiosks which I know is a national thing but still. Also drive thru pickup is easy and simple and they get it done pretty quick! I've done parking lot pick up where they bring it to your car and it's gone good. After what I assume some BOH changes my orders have been correct recently! I dine in sometimes and the interior is fine, small televisions on the wall and decent booths, easy access to drinks, though there are spills sometimes, but it is to be expected. This mcdonalds has a special place in my heart ❤️

I like the chocolate shakes, the only problem is no one seems to know how to set it up properly so maybe 1 out of 10 actually taste like chocolate. I have been handed chocolate shakes that were pure white because the machine ran out of chocolate and instead of fixing it they expect someone to pay the ridiculous prices for trash. The one on Comm ave had a manager who knew how to fill the line so the proper amout of chocolate went in she was the only one I've seen that knew what she was doing so it can be done they just dont teach new employees how to do it. Lately its been white with brown streaks so it still tastes like the plain mix. The prices are too high now to not get everything made correctly.

This place has the slowest drive through ever. I dont typically eat fast food, but once in a while I like getting an order of fries. The wait in the drive through line is always a lengthy process. You barely get a good morning or a good afternoon from the cashier, I avoid this McDonalds at all costs.
This location has gone downhill considerably in the last few months. The fries, once a consistent delight of salt and heat, are now room-temperature, as if they don't even bother putting them under a heat lamp in between when they cook them at 7 AM and when I come in for lunch.

I can see for myself why this McDonald's has low stars. Let me start off by saying that when I went to present my code for points the young man at the register didn't even know the address of the restaurant- he works here! What a joke!! Second I went back to the register to ask for another set of utensils- he didn't know what the word utensil meant so I broke it down for him to better understand. And third, once you get past the shock of what little knowledge the staff has you will need to prepare to hold your breath the entire time you're in the bathroom if you have to use it. I was met by an overwhelming stench of ammonia and cat urine. I had no choice because I had to wash my hands. But if you think you can still use a bathroom thru that horrible smell you are better off using the bushes outside. Also every table was dirty. Good luck!!!

Do not order Apple pies it is a scam now. They claim to give 2 for $2.99 but you only receive 1.

I get up early and feed my caffeine habit at McDonalds. I use the drive-up window where I receive my ice coffee black and ice cold. Sometimes there is a line on weekends but that is. Beyond their control.I gave them a four because sometimes their computer is down so I have to pay with cash. I prefer credit cards.They only take walk-ups through the drive-up which at first I found to be an inconvenience but I have gotten use to it. It is much faster than dealing with inside.
