literally the worst place lol. my boyfriend came here 4 times in the last two weeks and every time they made his order wrong. the employees dont speak much english and that does make it hard for them to understand what customers are asking. my partner orders a qp sandwich with ONLY mayo, ketchup and extra cheese. each time they gave him big mac’s plain- no cheese, no nothing… even no middle bun ? it’s embarrassing for that location and hope they fix their service.
The burger is super bad, cold and well burnt and hard, it doesn't care about the customers.

Respectful staff but not organized for the level of traffic this location gets. Need to bring back a station system with enough people to cover everything including the register. The current reliance and focus on kiosk and mobile order is causing the staff to be so busy filling drinks and items for those orders that walk in customers that are either paying cash or don't have a working phone get left waiting for someone to man the register
