We had an absolutely phenomenal time at MIDA!! The Caesar salad, the spacatelli al pesto, and the tiramisu were particularly incredible, and the whole team was so kind and welcoming! Absolutely the best place for date night and to celebrate my birthday ?

I always love MIDA. The food is terrific and you can actually talk during a meal. We were a group of four and managed to share several main meals and sides. They were all excellent and the restaurant provided an extra dish because they were out of something we ordered, which was appreciated service. This is one of my go-to restaurants for a really great dinner with an unpretentious vibe.

We showed up on time for our reservation but how table was 20 min late. Greeting was unpleasant and no apologies for delay. The waiter was very pleasant and service oriented even though we only got the wine half way through the aperizers. A couple of wines we wanted to order from the wine list were not available anymore, so clearly the wine list needs to be updated to reflect what is available. The food was disappointing. Everything was way too spicy to taste anything. The music was also way too loud and unpleasant.

Excellent food & service. We went around 5pm so it was not too crowded & not loud. Very nice & modern interior. Great charcuterie board platter with excellent presentation. Staff were all friendly & attentive!

Wow! We had a really great dinner. The service, the food, the wine were all outstanding. We would recommend the duck wings, more like drumsticks, the insalata mista is so fresh and delicious, all vegetable sides are interesting and yummy...okay, I could go on. The truth is that the entire menu is wonderful and only topped by attentive, professional, and warm service. We cannot wait to come back.

Service was fantastic! The food was delicious--I normally don't order chicken because I always think "I could make this at home." No. No, I couldn't. It was roasted perfectly and sat atop a savory, creamy mushroom risotto topped with a spicy arugula that blended into a perfect dish. The raspberry sorbet at the end was airy, and the just right blend of sweet and tart.

MIDA might be my new favorite restaurant. The apps and pastas which were good as expected, but it was the side dishes and the dessert which really stole she show. The crispy polenta was nothing like what I expected, and I'd highly recommend anyone try it — unctuous, creamy, crispy, complex. The carrots were also surprisingly rich and satisfying. Tiramisu to finish with a delightful texture and presentation. The cocktails were also quite tasty. The staff were all attentive without being overbearing, and helped us make choices when we were torn. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

From when we first walked in the door everything was excellent. The Artic char dinner was very very good. Husband had eggplant parm,, excellent. My lemon drop Martina was perfect. Can't wait to return.

I have been to MIDA a couple times now, this location along with the Newton location. Normally I get the paccheri bolognese or the rock shrimp carbonara, with the north shore fruit to misto to start, which is their calamari. This recent visit, I tried the short rib lasagna and arancini. All of the food was solid, per usual... I will say the pasta was a little too al dente and the temperature of the food did not arrive to our table hot but more so warm. Otherwise, the flavors are always spot on and amazing; I just wish the food was more hot. Our server was kind and super helpful. If you are not in the mood for any alcoholic drinks, you can never go wrong with their shirley temple. This location gets pretty packed for dinner time, but the wait for table is never too long. I recommend coming here if you are in the mood for Italian and do not want to go the North End and struggle with finding parking.

Our experience at mida was great our waiter Liz was amazing but the host I think she was irritated by the expression on her face , but I understand since the whole seating situation was clarified later on

Mida is such a wonderful restaurant, however the food last night wasn't quite how I remembered. My boyfriend's lasagna was overcooked and dry. The bartender didn't seem engaged with us, and almost seemed like he didn't even notice us. Our waitress however, was phenomenal and I really appreciated how attentive she was.

Pretty underwhelmed by this place. Food was just okay. Fritto misto had a ton of fried lemons and peppers and very little seafood.... The char dish was just full of garlic. As was the olive oil with the bread. Bolognese was pretty awful. We wont be going back.

Mangia Monday is one of the best food deals in the city- $80 for 2 salads and 5 full sized pastas for 2 people. The food is always incredible- amazing flavors and textures. The eggplant parm is one of those dishes you think about for days. Phil was our server tonight and he was so great. He was knowledgeable, kind, and didn’t make us feel rushed at all. Great vegetarian options, they always are very accommodating for dairy and gluten allergies. Highly recommend!

Had such a nice time here. Let them know we were celebrating my friend’s birthday, and every server wished her a happy birthday (not to mention a wonderful tiramisu with a candle. Food was great and atmosphere was lovely.

Recommend others to try once for the ambiance but I would not return. I was highly surprised it included a small fee to the kitchen. It is ridiculous that the restaurant did not give an advanced notice about the extra cost. They should rename the lasagna to three-bite-lasagna and carbonara to six-bite-carbonara, as it had misled ne to believe it would be suitable for lunch. I came to MIDA with my girlfriend on a Sunday noon. We were quickly seated and the service was great. They helped us change our seats and charge my phone. We ordered arancini, carbonara, and lasagna. Arancini was great but carbonara and lasagna were very small portions. Lasagna was quite salty but carbonara had the right amount of salt. Nothing stood out in terms of food.
