Not bad but not great. The food use to be way better but has been getting worse for the past year. Crab Rangoons and Red Sox maki are the best things on the menu. We were disappointed that the price has gone up while the quality has gone down. You can find similar prices at Aji sushi in Newtonville and much better quality!!

Go to place for sushi takeout!! Great portions and more than reasonable prices. I'd highly recommend the vegetarian combo!

I have stopped ordering from here as of late because I feel like they haven't been the best to us as a regular customer. This was our favorite place and our last two orders from there have been a disaster. Between over 90 plus minutes waiting, the wrong items and mangled deliveries. We just gave up. They didn't bother to render the situation or provide any refund after we followed up. Just ignored us. We were pretty calm about it too..but they just didn't bother. Very disappointed indeed.

Gigantic fly in the chicken teriyaki. When I called the restaurant to be reimbursed, they said, “yeah, call the driver.” They wouldn’t explain why. I assume because he needed to see the fly. In any case, the driver wouldn’t pick up the phone.

A lot of these negative reviews are misleading - they seem to be criticizing the third party delivery services and pointing out delays and mistakes that wouldn't be happening if not for the pandemic. Let's talk about the FOOD. Miyuki sushi has an incredible selection of some of the best sushi you can find in Boston. I'm talking quality ingredients, creative menu options, and flavors that are out of this world. All at an unbeatable price. I recommend the Fly Dragon roll (fried Sweet potato and eel) and anything with mango.

Great online ordering and everything is always ready on time. I sometimes wish they were open for lunch too, but I understand that might be difficult. Tastes great and awesome selection of different sushi options.

Although I hate to give local businesses two stars, I cannot give this anything other than "average". My order: chirashi bowl (17.95, served with miso soup). I asked for no tuna (dietary restriction). Pros: the fish itself was good. I liked the tobiko sprinkled over the rice. The miso soup was good. Cons: The bowl itself was bland. There were 6 varieties of fish, and portion size was too small for this price. (1 crab stick, 2 salmon, 1 tamago, 1 shrimp, 1 piece of white fish, and 1 other unknown fish) All but the salmon were all cut in half to appear as if a larger portion, which is SUPER disappointing, especially as you don't get a hearty variety of items. Would I go here again? No. Sorry. What would I do differently?: Order rolls instead of chirashi.

We order from Miyuki semi often and usually just stick with sushi. It's always very good especially with the eel sauce they have on the side (delicious!). Today we decided to mix it up and get some appetizers as well so I chose the chicken teriyaki since it sounded good. I was disappointed by the size of the order though. I got two tiny skewers with 3 small pieces of chicken and 3 small pieces of green pepper each for $8. It's safe to say I won't be ordering any more appetizers from them since I could have gotten another sushi roll and saved a couple of bucks. If you order from here stick with the sushi

Absolutely terrible customer service. I waited for an hour and a half for my order to be ready. My Uber eats driver had to wait 30 minutes at the restaurant. When I called to complain they have no apology, have no information on my order and were incredibly rude.

We've ordered from here about 3 times. They are kinda pricey for the quantity, but overall pretty good. Love their hamachi Kama, alaska maki, and they have these fried sushi appetizers that are like mini sandwiches that are good! I would like to give them more stars, but the last time we ordered from here I got the tobiko appetizer and the red tobiko was rotten. We've gotten this appetizer before with no problems, but this time it was repulsive. It had definitely gone bad. I wish I had smelled it before I took a bite. The smell was even gross. I am very disappointed that they did not check/notice that the red tobiko had gone bad... the green and black tobiko could have been bad too but I was too grossed out to try and ended up throwing it away. The orange one was the first one I had taken a taste of and it was fine. Other than that, I had previously not had a problem with them. I would love to give more stars, but I'm now nervous to order from them again.

They Messed up my order completely. When I called it in to tell them about the issue and try to get it resolved and the correct items sent out they. Refused to send the correct item back unless i allowed their driver to dig through my garbage to retrieve the incorrect item as it is “store policy”. I had to call Grubhub for a full- refund. I’m dumbfounded by the just plain old health code violation of that policy especially during the COVID-19 pandemic If i could put 0 stars i would

Ordered delivery and it arrived quickly. However what came was questionable at best. The soft shell crab and the spicy seafood soup were pretty decent, this was taking into account that fried foods are not as good when delivered. The actually sushi however was completely flavorless. I was not expecting anything extravagant but this was not worth the money. If I had just ordered sushi it would have been 1 star, but the other items gave pulled it up to 2. Unless something changes I don't plan on ordering again.

I'm sorry but it just wasn't fresh, not what you want to say about sushi. Seaweed salad was disappointing and I don't know how that is possible.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. I ordered through DoorDash , my driver was nice , food was delivered fast enough BUT one of my orders was wrong. I ordered summer rolls , and as it comes with shrimp in it I asked to SUBSTITUTE shrimp to tofu or veggie as I’m a VEGETARIAN and cannot have any meat or seafood products. I ALSO mentioned that I can be charged extra if needed. Just freaking SUBSTITUTE IT SO THERES NO MEAT. When I got my ordered I realized there still was shrimp in it. Thank GOD I look at my food before I eat it. I called in and was trying to explain to the guy BUT the guy over the phone was EXTREMELY rude with me. I was just trying to get AT LEAST some refund (now knowing I should contact DoorDash directly for that) but the guy over the phone was super unprofessional. He was grossly impertinent with me and JUST HUNG THE PHONE ON ME.
