This oriental vegetarian spot offers a wide range of dishes on their menu, all nicely presented and tasty. Just a heads-up, despite any mention of meat, it's all veggie here. Prices are competitive and the servings here are generous. Lo Mein is a must-try. They take credit cards too.The downside? It can get crowded, and the water glasses might need a bit more cleaning. Keep in mind, it's upstairs if stairs are an issue.

Such a wonderful selection of vegan Asian favourites. Each dish we ordered was beautifully presented and very delicious. They were able to make everything without onion and garlic as I requested. Walking up you don’t realise what a nice place it is up here or how special the food is.Dietary restrictions: I asked for no onion and garlic and they said no problem and did it pretty well.Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair accessible. My mom came her with her walker and had a bit of a hard time getting up 3 flights of stairs

I have been going here every time I’m in Boston for about 8 years now and they have never let me down. I just realized I’ve never written a review for this awesome place before! Went back today for some delicious food and boy was it! The lemongrass chicken is to die for with this mildly spicy sauce and melt in your mouth soft “chicken” and fresh vibrant vegetables. Fluffy perfect rice as well. I haven't explored the huge menu much but I can say with certainty that the chicken dishes are exquisite. The staff is always extremely sweet as well. Thank you My Thai Vegan Cafe!

My Thai Vegan cafe is in Chinatown, Boston. The restaurant is on the second floor and has two sets of stairs you must ascend. Little narrow and steep but not bad. Just to let people know who may have trouble going up stairs. The interior has some plants by the windows. I think it was the husband and wife there in the late evening. There was only one other table that had patrons, so I was seated promptly, given my water, and the menu. The menu is all vegan and features an unbelievable huge menu. A lot of vegan meat dish options. I personally like that the menu is all plant-based, but when the menu is that large- chance is that there's a couple common bases with some modifications to create new dishes. My pad Thai was rather plain looking but tasted nice. The spices helped. Started off with the fried wontons, which were fine as well. I think that the strengths are that the place is entirely plant based, and there's no danger of having fish sauce or something that could make a seemingly vegetarian dish at a regular restaurant not so vegetarian. The food is fine, but it's honestly not wow. There were blogs that do recommend this place, and it's a good option for plant-based people in Chinatown area. But if I gave it a rating, I would give it a 3.9-4/5. Good, but not great. The total with the appetizer and the dish was $23.00 I did tip extra to show my appreciation. Out of 10, it's a solid 8.
Extensive menu with large variety at good prices. Went during non-peak hours and got instant service and food came pretty quick! There was some form of construction happening the day I visited so lighting was dim, still enough to have a great time. Absolutely delicious food, the yellow curry dish was amazing. Big recommend!!Vegetarian options: Entire menu is vegan! Choices abound and so hard to pick something with the extensive options there!

The service was friendly, but inconsistent. The same person who took our order didn't bring out our food or our drinks. We also had to go up to get our own check.The food was not crazy delicious. It was sub par. The noodles weren't warm when we got them and there wasnt a lot of sauce. I'm not sure what the hype is for this place. I wanted to love it because it's fully vegan but it disappointed us.As far as the atmosphere goes, this place was filthy. There was food all over the floors and on the counters between tables. The bathroom has no toilet paper, and the ceiling was falling down. It was really disgusting. The walkup to the second floor (where the restaurant is) smelled of urine. I hope they make improvements.Dietary restrictions: 100% vegan restaurant
