We brought in two full bags of Nespresso to recycle, and we asked if we could get two new recycling bags. The employees didn't want to give the recycling bags to us because we didn't purchase anything right then. This is so silly - do you actually care about recycling? Or is it green washing? We literally came in with two full recycling bags of Nespresso pods, we clearly purchase regularly.

I love nespresso and am a long term customer. Very disappointed when this store refused to give me ice after I purchased coffee. I’m a breastfeeding mom and needed it to keep my milk cold for my baby. I explained this to them but they still refused. Yikes!

As many of the reviews mentioned, I too experienced rudeness. The clerk rolled eyes twice when I asked a simple question that took 5 sec while staying on his own phone call the entire time during work.

Although Nespresso offers an excellent product, I have decided to exclusively shop online moving forward. The behavior of Nespresso's employees and upper management consistently reflects rudeness and a significant deficiency in basic customer service awareness. My interactions with them have been notably dismissive and unaccommodating, despite my genuine interest in the brand. I wish them the best in improving their customer service and interpersonal skills.

just had to commend the service i've received from nespresso boston staff. i stop by frequently to buy coffee pods and every staff member i've dealt with has been so friendly and helpful! it can be busy sometimes but staff always handles it really well. highly recommended this outpost of nespresso (and the coffee is delicious!!).

You're better off just buying online. When you go in, you're told to wait in line until some staff member gets to you. And you'll wait... I know what pods I want. Can I just pick them up and cash out next time?? I don't understand the buying of pods process at this store. I think it's supposed to be classy, but instead it's just annoying...and the staff is rude.

I walked into the Nespresso Store for the first time this weekend and was severely disappointed. One of my good friends works as a sales associate on the floor and as soon as I greeted them, a manager came up to us and immediately sent them away. He looked me up and down in such an offensive way I was already turned off from the store. I went in with intentions of purchasing more sleeves of coffee for my Nespresso machine, but no longer felt comfortable doing so after this strange interaction. I won’t be visiting again!

They have a messed up line, people are going in front of you and supposedly there is a person at the door telling who is next in line. And there was an “open” person, she said she had to take her break

Awesome staff! So helpful. Highly recommend checking out the costa rica espresso. You can try some pods in the store & bring in used pods to be recycled

The staff has always been polite but this store seems to plagued with non working computers and not enough staffing. Certainly don't visit for a quick trip!

I've tried to buy pods at the Boston location for 2 years. The last time was this past weekend. Every time I go I'm told it'll be a few minutes but I never get helped... I just wait forever even when there's nobody in line before me, or maybe 1 person waiting to be helped before me, yet I'm waiting 30-45 minutes until I finally give up and go home and order online. It shouldn't take this long to buy coffee... I've been to nespresso stores all over the world and It's never been this bad.
