Food is good but customer service is TERRIBLE.1) We got the seat and waited for a while to get someone's attention (while waiting and watching the staffs served the guests got seat after us ?).2) We requested the appetizer (món khai vị) to serve before the main course meal, but at Ánh Hồng, appetizer seems *always* serve after the main course ?. We also heard serval customers seat near by had the same issue. We ended up have to pack the appetizer to go.3) We ordered some extra food to go and 2 “chè đặt biệt” for desert, 1 for my niece and 1 for me, the waiter brought out only 1 chè for my niece, but didNOT pack 1 to go for me. I didn’t realize until I got home and unpack the food bag. Very disappointed ?.I wish the wait staffs listen to the customers’ voice and improve their customer service.

Food and portions were good. The restaurant itself has a family feel vibe. The service was good. Staff and friendly and accommodating. Portions are well dealt out, so you will go home feeling full and well nourished. If you're looking for a good meal stop by Ánh Hông for a bite!

Worst service ever. I've been here once or twice and both times the servers were rude and just poor lackadaisical service. Glad they closed. Pretty shitty people for refusing to pay rent to the building owner by the way. Don't claim that it was because of the pandemic that you can't pay rent. Pretty sure you gotten help from the government and just flat out kept the money and refuse to pay rent.

One of the best places to get Vietnamese food. Saddened by their closure and hope that local and regional food cuisines can survive here in Boston. Until we meet again. Stay hungry.

This is a great restaurant - very sad to see that it is closing down. Hope it re-opens in the future

One of our favorite pho places. We really like the fried shrimp/tofu skin (Hu Ky). We also like their hours and usually go their in winter for a noodle soup after an early morning hockey practice. Our family just are not used to pancakes.

Heard that they're known for their 7 beef dishes, which did not disappoint (although I only counted 6...) The accompanying herbs had fish mint, which we tried for the first and probably last time, but it was fun! Doesn't have thai basil for some reason, but that was fine. The restaurant has a free parking lot across the street.

Super slow service. Literally sitting in front of the restaurant for over 15 minutes without anyone coming to take the order. You literally have to wave them down. They take forever to bring the check as well. 7 course of beef is good here along with vermicelli dishes. I enjoy their Thai ice tea and che ba mau as well. Free hot tea taste diluted. Parking lot is tight and on one way street. street parking is usually easier.

I was adventurous one Sunday and joined some friends for lunch. The restaurant was very gracious; they let us linger at our table for a long while, even though they were busy. I tried out the rice in a clay pot. It usually comes with frog legs but they let me get away with including chicken instead. Yes I know they taste the same. The meal was very flavorful. Plus our table got loaded up with assorted sauces to try. Everyone loved their meals. Plus we got to watch a game on TV, and enjoy our conversation. The green tea that came with our meal further enhanced the experience. I strongly recommend!

We came here for the 7 courses of beef. This is satisfactory and delicious. In order to enjoy this meal, one should prepare to roll sleeves and do some prep works. Nothing too demanding, just requires some finger works to make several types of rolls using rice papers and ingredients supplied by the house. The most satisfying moment is to dip the roll into the sauce and about to take a bite. Bon appetite!!!!!
