burnt flavorless pizza, 40 minute wait time for just a pizza, way too over priced and didn’t come with a dip so we had to buy one and it was not a garlic parmesan as it said, it was salad dressing.

Disappointing ExperienceRating: ⭐️My recent order from Nicole's Pizza was, unfortunately, not up to the mark. We ordered falafel, a falafel burger, and frozen yogurt. The falafel was particularly disappointing – they lacked herbs, seemed old, and were unappetizing. The falafel burger was challenging to swallow and had an unpleasant taste. The ranch accompanying it was excessively salty. To make matters worse, I experienced severe digestive issues after consuming the food. I had diarrhea throughout the night, leading to sleeplessness and continued discomfort the next day.The only redeeming aspect was the fries, which were the highlight of the meal. However, the frozen yogurt didn't meet expectations, tasting more like regular ice cream than the anticipated frozen yogurt flavor.Regrettably, based on this experience, I cannot recommend Nicole's Pizza. I hope this feedback proves constructive for your team, and I appreciate your attention to it.

I called to order a halal beef pepperoni pizza. They accepted the order. They called me back about 10 minutes later to say they don't have halal beef. I asked for a cheese pizza. When I got to the store 20 minutes later I was told they didn't see my ticket and that they would start making my food now. Very unprofessional. That was my first and last time ordering from them.

Group ordered from work for delivery. Price on website for small cheese pizza was $9, when delivered it was $14. Taste passable, but the crust took up almost 1/2 the pizza. Cheese missing from 1/4 of the pizza. A friend got 5 French fries with her sub, which was NOT on a sub roll as advertised. Will not order from here again.

So very very happy they are now open in Jamaica Plain. I had cheese pizza with garlic and it was outstanding. I've had their calzone from the South End location and can't wait to have it again. And delivery was superb for us.

Nicole's Pizza, where precision in pizza cutting is apparently a mythical concept. Forget about that satisfying snap of a neatly sliced pizza – at Nicole's, it's DIY tearing for your own slice. Bon appétit..$38 for a cheese pizza and they can’t be bothered to press down with the pizza cutter.

Food is ok. But it feels like they don't want certain type of people in the store.
