The worst service I have ever seen in fast food places, I waited 45 minutes for a beef burrito that I ordered and they gave me chicken because I was talking to each other wuuuuuaaaa what a bad experience

Not only was I missing items but they added on extra ones and tried to click through the pay kiosk so I would not notice. This is not the first time but after being pulled one over on multiple time I had to. The food is good but constantly having prices fluctuate or given the wrong food is unacceptable. Not only that but they refuse to help you after the fact not a good place to spend money at all.

This was our first time getting food from here…terrible first impression. We ordered 5 empanadas and were only given 4. We did call and a staff member said they’d be able to give us a refund for the missing empanada, so that was appreciated. Once we started eating, the chicken and cheese empanada looked off/had a weird texture, so we decided to open it and look. I can guarantee that it wasn’t chicken that was in that empanada. Whatever was inside looked/felt like something squishy and super chewy, we’re convinced it was fake or lab grown meat. The beef and cheese ones were good but there was a hair in it (obviously not our hair), so overall just not a good experience. We wouldn’t go back to Bitez unfortunately.Parking: You probably have to double park or park somewhere else and walk

Taste of the food is a bit overpowered by sauces and condiments which isn’t entirely bad but the quantity is not worth the price. The Bitez sampler is $14.49 but you get close to nothing with your 3 choices it might as well be a kids meal.
