Tried going to OneZo one evening around 9:30PM, which is 30 until closing. Walked in, no employees in sight. I took a few steps to the right, and saw a male and female employee making out in the back. I called out to them to ask for service and they told me they were closed and gestured me to leave. Open sign was still on, door was unlocked, looked pretty open to me. And again, this was 30 minutes until 10PM, their said closing time. If the employees can do this without consequences and making the work area unsanitary, then I refuse to go here .. which is a disappointment cause their bubble tea is actually pretty good. Hire more qualified employees next time.

After we already ordered at the kiosk, the staff lazily informed us that they were going to make us a Brown Sugar Boba instead since it’s “basically the same.”I asked about the price differential and they dismissively said “it’s only $0.75 difference” as if trying to make me feel like I was the cheapskate who just wanted what I paid for! After confused back and forth, they made us our two brown sugar milk teas. This is my go-to order for boba, so I’ve had a lot of different versions… this one tasted really bad - like slightly sour milk with absolutely no tea flavor. Really disappointing experience all around. We ended up (over)paying $15 for two sad cups of watery milk.

I love bubble tea and have visited a lot of shops around Boston, but I've been to this one exactly once. The service was good but the beverages from here were all flavorless and watered down. I was grabbing food with family at the time and both my mom and I asked each other about the blandness of our beverages, despite ordering completely different drinks. Wouldn't return here again.

You can click on pick up at 11:10 on Panda, but the store didn't open until 11:20. If you can't do it, don't open the door and don't take orders? It wastes time and delays

There are A LOT of boba/milk tea shops in the area. Like A LOT. I lost count. This spot, however, has a nice convenient spacey area to hang out UNLIKE many others in the area. The quality of the milk tea isn't as good as the others though--Tiger Sugar, Machi Machi, to name a few. But those have not spot for you to sit and just hang out with your friends. So hence, One Zo is a nice welcome milk tea in the area!

I ordered the brown sugar bubble drink and it was good, however I think this place need a bit more cleaning up on space either both on the chair and table. It was a lot of trash and a bit dirty on the table. If you are here to take a togo order, I guess it is fine, but for seating in and chilling with friends, I don’t think so.

Great milk tea option in the area. Their chewy, homemade boba (white and brown sugar) definitely make them stand out against the other bubble teas nearby. Our Hong Kong Milk Tea with 50% ice and sugar reminded us of the authentic stuff we've had overseas.

The Hong Kong Milk Tea is strong-in a good way. It was so good with the Sago topping.Atmosphere is great. There is so much seating and a kiosk to order, which I prefer.

It was super delicious! For milk, they use lactose free whole milk.

I feel the boba tea I got here was alright. No major complaints.

I've been trying to check out all of the different boba chains around town, so I was curious to try One Zo. I ordered the brown sugar bubble latte and ended up really liking it! The boba was just chewy enough, and this particular drink really let the milk shine, which is to my preference. The interior of the store is super cute, and I loved the festive feel from the Christmas tree decorations that were still up (if they have those year-round, I wouldn't be upset). It's also very clean and modern, with the photogenic décor that's bread-and-butter for a third-wave boba shop. You can order on the full-sized kiosk, which I appreciate because it gives you a visual for every single item on the menu.

When I got inside, no one was at the counter. I waited for awhile. Finally someone entered the area behind the counter area that’s separated by glass and he was cleaning. He didn’t approach the counter to take my order. After waiting for awhile and seeing that no one was coming to take my order, I decided to leave. Terrible customer service.
