Worst customer service, non stop talking over the food, all the food open no cover, man who was serving rude on 4/14/2024 Sunday terrible service. Food isn’t bad, the worker needs customer service training. No going back there to eat.
I ordered the goat bone dinner, and it was excellent. The portion sizes were generous, essentially giving me two meals in one. I was thoroughly impressed and definitely plan to return soon.

I was told they do not use habenaro peppers, the peppers that make food hot pepper hot ? ? ? ?. It is used to infuse flavor into Jamaican dishes but removed before it bursts into the dish. Or if it is used, they chop it and remove seeds where most of the heat lies dependent upon how ripe the pepper is. Or it can be leftbin the dish to burst for both the heat and flavor. However, not everyone can stand that Scoville scale of a hot pepper in their food. I appreciate that this establishment does not use pepper in their food. It burns my stomach and other things. Though I was told at another restaurant, Jamaican food is "supposed to be hot ? ", okay. But not everyone can eat peppery food. I am glad I can come here for Jamaican food that is not full of pepper.

Only one ?? Jamaican restaurant is the best in town. I lived in Chelsea and i drove all the way to the Boston one to get my white rice and curry goat. And a peanut punch. No to mention the oxtail with rice and peas I recommend ? only one to everyone who asked me for a restaurant to go eat.

Amazing spicy fried chicken (I know it’s bad for me, but I always need to get 2 and eat them right away), oxtail, curry goat and stewed chicken. Get the peas and rice and cabbage and ask for extra gravy. Best Jamaican food! We could walk to Flames from our house and STILL go Only One! A medium can feed two people, easy. They load it up!
Went here to get some chicken soup. The lady with the extreme eyelashes that is checking people out seems to only want to speak to certain customers no hello no thank you no nothing. From now on, I will stick to island style on Erie Street and Muriel’s kitchen on Washington!

This the best Jamaican food you likely will ever have, it’s certainly the best I have ever had. Get the curry goat large with rice and peas and the steamed veggies. Also get the oxe tail large with the same sides etc. The fried chicken is my favorite in the area, great spices in there. This is a take out place. Expect to wait in line. It’s worth it.
Food is good but the staff’s attitudes are horrible. Customer service definitely needs to be worked on. People come in and spend their hard earned money just to get bad customer service. Every time I go in there, attitude attitude attitude. The food is good but the bad customer service is such a turn off. The people in the community are the ones making their business successful and the least they can do is provide better service.
Great service great food great price very clean, orderly, and quick until I went there today and they gave me a soup instead of a carrot juice.

I didn’t like the customer service nor the food. The food was bland, the rice and beans, and snapper fish I ordered had no flavor, the only thing that was good was the beef patties. Flames and Hummingbird Jamaican Cuisine has way better food quality!!!

This is a MUST Try... The food and portions are the best in North America. I was really amazed. Keep up the great cooking. I wish you had other subsidiaries near me.
This is hands down the best.... There is no others that come close. Is the most incredible service. The food is out of this world. As if I was back in negril hands down the Best Only here. Fresh, proper Jamaican food.

I went to this resident because it was close to the place my son game was. We drove in 3 hours for the game so I did not want to go too far from the field. The staff was fine the staff was pleasant. I order 2 small meals for my son and I the portion was a lot. And the food was very good. Well seasoned I had the stew pork with rice and peas and I order the sweet and spicy chicken with rice and peas for my son. I also order 2 mild Patties and a slice of Carrot cake which I also enjoyed. In my travels this is one of the best JamaicanRestaurant I have bought food from. I would definitely visit them again if any of my sons have another game i that area. Great job guys I enjoyed every bite of my meal. And I know my son did also.
