Conveniently located in the Beth Israel lobby. Has an inviting menu and baked goods on display. Seems to be well organized and runs as a tight ship. Love their chicken noodle soup (which comes with bread, apple, or chips). Was going to rate this 4-5 stars but unfortunately found a hair in my chicken noodle soup when I ate there the other day which ruined my enjoyment of the meal!

A safe place for a quick snack. The location appears clean and well organised. Many customers appear to use the loyalty program and order ahead. The window / counter is well planned for pre-orders. I had the soufflé which was better than average for fast food. If you are mindful of your diet, be careful of the tea. Many flavours were quite tasty; however, some "sugar free" had 130 calories. The staff was very polite and helpful. In all, it was a positive stop, Jim

I was visiting frequently before my dad was transferred to a hospice center. I wish I could remember the cashier’s name who helped me. She was always SO KIND and put a huge smile on my face, having no idea what I was going through. The rest of the staff is great too. The food always came out quickly and it was delicious.

This cafe is really nice and clean and the service is great I work nights and I’m so glad that you guys are open with great customer service especially from worker Tekia I hope I spelled her name right she always giving a nice smile and is also a great help to the customer she takes her time and she makes u feel the Panera love..

So happy with Panera at BIDMC! It’s great to have a late night food option for staff. They are always super nice and always work efficiently. Wait times are very quick. Everybody is raving about it being there here and the sip club is great :)
