Went to Papa Gino's for the all-you-can-eat Wednesday night special staff was wonderful pizza was great the family and I enjoyed it very much.Dietary restrictions: Well, a couple of weeks back, my family and I decided to order delivery my wife and I bought 2 steak and cheese subs each well when I decide to open up my sandwich and eat it. The sandwich was loaded with sodium. I decided to call the manager who told me she was there. As the sandwiches were being made as she didn't see any salt being poured in. I could taste the fact that it was so salty.All 4 sandwiches were awful.We bought several pizzas.Bread sticks cheese sticks. The point I'm trying to make is. I spent a $160. And I wasn't going to get any replacement sandwiches. And after I was treated the way I was, I didn't want the sandwiches. The manager needs a new training. I think they need to understand when you have a customer that spends a lot of money should treat them decently as the customer treated them decently. Can only hope the person gets the training. I will not be spending one more time at Papa. Gino's on galavan boulevard in Dorchester Mass.

I placed a delivery order this afternoon and put in the instructions that I was on the 2nd floor and put the company name. The door dash driver called me and said he couldn't find the business. I said are you on the 2nd floor he said yes. So I waited a min and then started walking up and down the 2nd floor and didn't see the door dash person. He ended up haning up on me and sent me a Pic of the 1st floor and left my food outside. I had to go searching for it. Good thing one one else grab my food and walked off with it.I don't know if I will order from this location again.

I have not had Papa Gino's pizza in years. I took a trip to Boston and decided to go for lunch. They did not disappoint me. The staff was pleasant,, the restaurant was clean and the pizza was hot and delicious. They also posted their A rating on the front door from the Board of Health. ??

I got a x large cheese pizza and cheese bread sticks came to $38.17 the cheese bread sticks had no cheese very doughy the pizza was very small with barley any cheese very disappointed. Will never come back to this
Used to be wonderful. Now when you order delivery, apparently they use Door Dash, this way, they won't be blamed. Made delivery order 9n Papa Gino'swebsite, I literally live a 5to 7 min drive, gave a 25/30% tip. The App sends delivery person to another town (Milton) and then to my house. The delivery person was embarrassed, but said he cannot override the App. I get frozen pizza. I call Papa Gino's and explain the situation, employee totally understands and is sorry for this, he talks to manager, I can hear it; manager says, oh if they (me) order in the future, Papa Gino's will give me the credit then. Really Papa Ginos Manager??? Because this experience was fabulous, i just can't wait to order again.....I hung up, and will never order from them again.

It's one of my fav places to go on dates with the hubby. Staff is always helpful and courteous. Food always cooked the way we ordered. Clean tables. Clean bathroom. It was not too expensive, which is wonderful on the pockets.
