What a wonderful place. My daughter, Bianca, and I enjoyed the food and loved the service even more. Carolina was our waitress and she was kind, bubbly, and lovely. We will definitely be coming back soon!

Disappointing service & small portions that are expensive. We came with a group and ordered many things. Both pastas were dry by the time they came to our table due to little amounts of sauce & both chicken dishes had very small amounts of chicken. Had to flag our waiter down for everything after giving him ample time to check-in throughout the night.

I came into some pretty cold staff so I decided to take my food to go. There was only one person eating in the restaurant and it was 12:30pm. They were not informed about the menu options and could not make any recommendations because they never tried the food themselves. I gave it a try but the meat was undercooked and the pasta that was overpriced had barely any sauce. Maybe there is a better experience when you dine in. I can tell they use high quality ingredients so I would not mind visiting again.Kid-friendliness: Great meal options for kids.

Beautiful dining room and lovely ambiance. The food was decent too - I got the Greek Farro Salad with grilled chicken and my partner got Chicken Parmesan. We shared the Pizza Knots & Italian Fries for appetizers. The Pizza Knots were amazing - definitely recommend! Greek Farro Salad was good and Chicken Parmesan was just ok. Service was ok but not great - they seemed to forget about us toward the end. Overall a solid 4 in my book.

I was short on time for work and was informed that the baked ziti here required a 20 minute wait. The man at the front desk reassured me that this time it would only take 15 minutes and he delivered on that promise. I got to work AHEAD of schedule with enough time to eat this tasty pasta. I am official a fan of Parm!

Had baked ziti “always a corner piece”. Not. Was more like a left over someone didnt eat. Small and luke warm. I have to go to tasty burger for a meal. Sat at bar. Service was about like the food. I have been here before and food was much better but the service is consistently sub par.

The food is pretty good. There are much better places in Boston if you want spaghetti and meatballs or chicken parm. The service is pretty good. The ambience is pretty good. But, it's more of a convenience if you live in the area than it is a destination point.

I absolutely LOVED the rigatoni carbone. I'm already craving more. They don't have any unique craft cocktails, so I wouldn't recommend going here for that. The pasta was so incredible tho. The broccoli side was okay and the French fries side was very good. Overall I really enjoyed my dinner here.

Tried Parm on a whim last Saturday, and was unimpressed by one major food issue, liked other aspects of the meal. To start with the good, the service was efficient and friendly, and while the room feels a bit Spartan it was quiet and comfortable, even with other tables occupied nearby. Oldies music plays softly and was a nice touch. The good food: hot and crusty bread with lots sesame seeds. Pesto arancini were tasty if not very boldly flavored, and the chicken parm was tasty and a nice portion. The reason for two stars? The pasta. There were two pastas on the table and while the sauces were nice, the pasta itself was remarkably overcooked; think canned pasta, but that holds together better than this did. Pure mush. This is an Italian/Italian-American restaurant? On our visit, the pasta was abhorrent. I would be interested to try Parm again, and ask for al dente pasta, perhaps explaining nicely why. If I do, I'll update this review.

I'm not one to complain but they need to properly tenderize their parm. Flavors are fantastic, and everything else we got was amazing. The parm felt like it was uncooked but it was, just needed proper tenderizing!

How does a place called Parm not know how to make a chicken parm? I ordered a chicken parm and a salad on uber eats. The driver brought it promptly (took about 20 minutes for delivery) and the food arrived ice cold. I tried to eat it anyway and it was disgusting! How does this place keep its doors open? So many bad reviews, wish I checked them before I ordered.

Buffalo cucumbers were amazing! Eggplant parmesan was simply delicious! Can’t wait to come back! The espresso martini was one of the best I have had!
