I enjoy stopping to get Pho here after the Boston Marathon. Stopped in on 4/16 and received poor customer service. It was mid afternoon and not too busy as there were tables open. I was seated with a glass of water and a menu. Each time I looked up the person who sat me would say in a minute. I waited on staff to return and they never did. I watched as several customers after me were seated and their orders were taken and brought to them within minutes of arriving. Trying to give the benefit of the doubt, I waited, and after more than 12 minutes I got up and flagged someone down. The server seemed to not understand that I was wanting to order and that I had been sitting there without ordering until a customer, gentleman (who came in after me and had his meal) spoke up loudly and told him that I wanted to order. Thanking him for his help I offered to pay for his meal (he graciously declined).I finally received my food and it was good, but the poor service saddened me. Hope this was a fluke.

This pho is AMAZING! Got the chicken (gā) pho in a SMALL and you get incredible portions. For just under $14 for a small, you can’t beat the quality and quantity!!Only small, small, knock is that they don’t give you a bowl with takeout, and being here for work and not wanting to put all the food in the broth bowl, I had to improvise with a hotel coffee cup. Just have to eat a few cups!

The soup was incredible! It was flavorful, had a variety of ingredients, and was fresh. I love the big plate of basil and bean sprouts that was brought.Usually a soup won't fill me up, but this was perfect. I felt a little rushed out of the restaurant, but the food and service was great. I can't wait to go back.Vegetarian options: Lots of vegan options! However, all of the bubble teas can't be made vegan except for the lychee.

Delicious food! They have an entire vegan/vegetarian section of the menu. I really enjoy the vegan pho and the tofu salad. The fresh rolls lack vegetables (too much noodle in there) but the peanut sauce is amazing! Specifically on the veggie pho, I feel like they overdo it with the amount of noodles, and I find it annoying that I have to ask for the usual pho accompaniments (basil, bean sprouts, lime) because for some reason the veggie version doesn’t come with them like the rest of their phos. Service is very fast but not the friendliest (hence why asking for anything extra is kind of a pain). But it’s a Boston classic and rare in the sense that it has true vegan options.Vegetarian options: Menu has an entire vegetarian section that is all Vegan

Raw and cooked beef rice noodles for takeaway, a bit salty but very tasty. But maybe because it was taken out, the soup was a little cold. When I returned to the restaurant and put raw beef and raw bean sprouts into the soup, the overall heat was even less hot. When I went to take out food at 7 or 8 in the evening, there were many people in the restaurant. One of the things that caught my attention was that the floor of the restaurant was very sticky. It felt like it hadn't been cleaned for a long time.

I’ll begin by saying that normally I love Pho Pasteur! But this visit was way off.I ordered the curry chicken soup (I love flavor. I love spice. I enjoy lots of punch of flavors and don’t shy from them). That said, all I could taste was curry. It completely overwhelmed everything else. There were spots where it was not even mixed in well, just dumped in (see photo of container after I emptied it). So disappointed. Assuming they were having an off-day? The curry taste was sooo overwhelming, and, again, I love curry!

Best pho in Massachusetts per my son. I'll have to try every other pho place first, lol! But really good. Excellent broth. Fresh crispy sprouts, and fragrant basil. Limes fresh cut.Parking: Metered parking if you're lucky and it's not a rush time. Garages prohibitively expensive. Park and take orange line into Chinatown
