The empanadas are great but every time I use the online ordering I get such a messed up order that I never want to go to this location again. Last night I ordered 5 chicken and 2 eggplant.I received 3 chicken, 2 ham and cheese (no, thank you), and 2 egg and cheese.This has happened repeatedly where they aren’t putting the correct empanadas in the bags.

There aren't many places around Boston where you can get yaroa, so when I found it on their menu, I had to give it a try. Yaroa is like Dominican Poutine, but instead of gravy it's covered in ketchup and mayo. Different places do different versions of yaroa, I'm partial to the mashed maduros/sweet plantains and fries combo, but this place does fries and large strips of maduros. The fries were not good and combined with the strips of maduro, they made the yaroa dry. It wasn't for me, but the portion was huge with generous amounts of pork. We also ordered the pork chimi which was really nice. And for the price, I was surprised the sandwich came with fries, it's a good deal despite the fries not being even mid fries. The quipes were kind of spicy, which I'm not used to but had a good amount of ground beef filling and were otherwise tasty. The food was fresh and really generous portions. They packed the food well and presentation was nice. They also included tons of mayo ketchup. I'm going to be generous with my review and round the 3.5 up to a 4. Better fries and a few tweaks would make this place incredible.

I only ever get the empanadas and they're good. Good size, tasty filling and affordable. Delivery gets here in a reasonable amount of time and they're always hot.

Missing items from my order. Food was cold. Requested a refund. Reached out to Uber and they said it wasn't their problem and it was the restaurant's issue. Beyond disappointed.

On my part, the quality of their products is very good, but I have been told on two occasions that the young woman who serves me in the morning does not give me the quantity that I ask for in my empanadas, but she does. I think you have to pay a little more attention because I live far away to come back.

There's a lot of hype around this place but everything is...lacking and salty. I keep trying new items because I live near by but alas. Ive had different empanadas from them from meat filled to simple cheese. The dough is overwhelming and the meat has no spice it's just salty. When I think of an empanada I think of beautiful simmered spice flavors that add a little kick--theres 0 kick here it's just plain (could work in some people's favor). I have tried the burger which was dry and tasteless. I also tried a chicken croquette which was the same--overly salty without taste.

This was my first time ordering from this restaurant and the experience wasn't great at all. I ordered for delivery and when the order came, the drinks weren't dropped off so I called to ask and they really don't communicate well and they're extremely rude. They kept say they were delivered (I think) but then kept hanging up the phone on my. I wasn't rude and kept my professionalism but to keep hanging up the phone and not listening is quite rude. They didn't want to hear anything but one thing for sure and two things for certain, I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN!!!
