please change the management at you guys’s 710 American Legion Hwy, Roslindale, MA 02131location. I have been to Popeyes prior to this. Never got this kind of experience from any other stores. The following pictures are from the location. The last picture is the employees urging us to leave and change seats cause they took an hour to make my “fast food”. I will however be posting these pictures on online sites citing my experience. My dad’s shaking right now because he has diabetes and they(employees) didn’t care when i told them.

Food’s good when you get it. 80% of the time this location doesn’t include all the items ordered in the bag. I’ve had multiple online orders with them where the extras I paid for, like biscuits, fries, sauces were not put in the bag.

No hair nets. No gloves. Plenty of attitude and unprofessionalism. They were eating around the food!! When you come they will make sure you know that you are an inconvenience, yet without customers they wouldn’t have a job. I will never eat at Popeyes again. This place should not be open and they need to be reported because the restaurant is unsanitary and they are FILTHY!

I just placed an order through Uber Eats and this food arrived in an unacceptable state. My biscuit arrived as if someone handled it and then put it in the box again. I don't understand why they do this. You are the ones who look bad. I wish I could upload one. photo so you could see it I ordered 4 pieces with potatoes and they gave me 3 I asked for mashed potatoes and they didn't send them to me I bought a strawberry lemonade that I paid extra for and they sent me a lemon one all this food in the trash because I'm not going to eat anything groped because they damage their reputation like that

THE WORST LOCATION EVER! Workers DO NOT follow directions! They send you whatever they feel like sending you when doing a delivery order. I asked for a Fish Sandwich & Got a Chicken Sandwich! FYI I DONT EAT MEAT & IM STARVING!

Order food online,(American legion highway)still took over 10 minutes after I arrived. They serve door dash orders first., they seem to be friends They are very slow., too busy talking and playing. It sucks I have to drive to Dedham to get good food and service. The VFW parkway location never have problems.

Poor service! The food was far below expectations for Popeyes. Communication was abismal!They didn't even understand what food they were serving. I asked for green beans and they gave me red beans and then insisted that I was wrong....even after I explained that they were not green. The cashier said, "... Yes they are!".Thanks....!!I will not be going back anytime soon!

Let the sauce sit on the crunchy chicken for a min it's SOOO Good ??Parking: They have their own parking lot it's free to park there.Kid-friendliness: They do have a kids meal menuWheelchair accessibility: Yes of course. I didn't see a pad to push to open the door, you may need assistance with the door
