Surprised and satisfied!! Stopped in around 3pm on a Saturday and the line was out the door but I was surprised at the speed at which they got through the line and got our food in a reasonable amount of time from order with a packed house. It was pretty clean for the amount of traffic going through and the food was delicious! Fries a touch under seasoned for my liking but I could just be picky about that. Great place for a good bite to eat! Excellent fried chicken 8.7 (crispy and soft)

First time at a Raising Cane's. This place was absolutely mobbed. Packed with people ordering, to go orders, and delivery drivers. I knew immediately this was the place to be and that R.C. was definitely going to be good. I was very impressed with the speed and accuracy of the workers here. They operated together as a well oiled machine. By the time our food was ready a table opened up for us to sit at. The food was delicious and the unsweetened iced tea was the best I've had yet. We will definitely be going back when we are in the area.

The crew on at 3-4pm on saturday 3/30/24 are extremely incompetent, specifically the lady calling people to pick up their orders. We waited for an hour and asked about it several times, once right after we thought we heard the name called, but each time she insisted (in a very rude, demeaning tone) that we hadn’t been called. Once we approached the cashier and asked them, she butted in to yell at us because she “called the name like twenty times and now we have to remake your order.” We refuted and told her that we’d asked several times already and been told the name had never been called, and only then did we get the food. I know customer service is tough, but customers, especially ones that genuinely remain polite and try to be understanding, deserve basic human decency and what they paid for. My friends and I were excited to try raising canes for the first time but we just wanted to leave and never come back after this.

So poorly operated which is a shame. Line was out the door and yet only had one register open. Employees were rude. Not worth it.

Chicken, fries and Texas toast - what more to ask for! Great food and drinks. Service is friendly but the cleanliness of the restaurant could improve a bit.

The Chicken Fingers were very tasty. Crispy on the outside and juicy inside. The French Fries could have been cooked just a minute or two longer as they were a bit soggy. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Always a great experience at Raising Canes. The service was on point and the chicken is always fresh and steamy hot. If you are a party of two always get the 6 finger box and share - sub the Cole slaw for double fries and it's a love bird cheat code. This place is right across from the library.

I went here and ordered the Caniac combo. This normally come with a large drink. The gentleman working the counter hands me a small drink and doesn’t say a word. I asked for a large drink and he said they were out. I asked if he adjusted the price and he said yes. So I paid. After looking at my receipt I realized he lied to me and didn’t adjust the price at all. So I go up and ask about this. So, he lies again and says the price is the same with a small drink as a large, contradictory to the initial lie he had told me. I asked him to ring it up correctly and he then gets annoyed but agreed it was 30 cents cheaper with a small drink. Now I don’t know if that was true because he had been lying through his teeth all night but whatever. He then gets the manager to unlock the register and give me my 30 cents. I politely asked him not to lie in the future and he told me it was 30 cents and it was no big deal. I would never come to this place again after such poor customer service.

honestly, as far as fast food goes, Cane’s is some of the best. Really nice service, very fresh

Cane's is a guilty pleasure for a reason. Although it is delicious, the food here is heavy and will probably leave you regretting it afterwards. This location is conveniently located on Newbury St and almost always packed. The workers are efficient and food is made quickly, especially if you order one of their combos. I tried their 3 chicken finger combo which includes fries, chicken, bread, and their sauce. I got my order to-go and it was still warm (although slightly soggy) when I was ready to eat it 10 minutes later. My first impression was that the serving looked a bit small for the price of $11, but it's very calorie dense, so it'll leave you full. The fries were mediocre and nothing too special.. I wish they had more seasoning on them. The chicken on the other hand was juicy, crispy, and flavorful despite its simplicity. The bread and sauce were also the stars of the show here. I could honestly eat plates full of both and probably never get sick of it!

This was not a good experience. I don’t understand how my chicken and fries were cold and soggy while dining in the restaurant. I was hesitant to go and ask for fresh/hot chicken and fries, but I did. When I asked, the first team member grabbed my food and said “thats not up to me, but I’ll ask.” Then the employee yelled back to the chute “I don’t understand how it’s not hot, but just make a new one!” They didn’t care to look at the food in the box, It was like they didn’t believe me.None of employees were friendly or could even provide eye contact. They seemed insulted. - and the new food was again, soggy. They seemed to be pre-boxing meals or something, but it wasn’t even busy.Lastly, the dining room was dirty, ketchup dispenser broken, and the trash is overflowing. They need some work.

This place was dirty and has they worse service. When in on a weeknight the dining room was dirty with trash cans full of, and sticky tables. I waited about 15 minutes for a cpl chicken fingers. The rest room looked worse than a gas station
