We loved our beef Wellington, that’s for sure! We tried beef Wellington, filet mignon, and tuna tartare. All delicious, but the beef Wellington was phenomenal. We also enjoyed a couple glasses of Pinot Grigio. Our waiter was very warm and friendly, however pushing specific menu items, even after we refused the recommendation. Our water was not filled timely and multiple wait staff tried to grab our plates although our silverware was not in done position. Admittedly we are slow eaters, haha. The restaurant design is modern and feels upbeat with comfortable booth seating. We could return!

Disappointment. Here's what we ordered:Starters:Crab Cake, Tuna Tartare, Beet SaladMains:Beef Wellington, Salmon, NY StripSides:Fries, Mac & Cheese, Broccolini, Maitake MushroomsDesserts:Toffee Pudding, CheesecakeHighlights:Crab cake, beet salad, Beef Wellington, Maitake Mushrooms, toffee puddingWhere this place really fell apart was the service and drinks.Drinks were weak, uncreative, and the glassware smelled like dirty dishwater! Gross!Service was ABYSMAL! We got the feeling that the waitstaff hated their jobs. No personality, no interaction, and inattentive! We made the general manager aware of the dirty glassware he made no attempt to remedy the issue or offer the table anything. We were here for a birthday. At the end of dinner we asked two of the bartenders to take a picture of the group and they flat out refused! I've never experienced such rude and miserable staff.TLDR: food was decent, drinks and service were a huge miss. Won't be returning. For $1,000 there are better places in Boston.

The fish and chips was good, but overpriced considering there are plenty of other great options in the city. The sticky toffee pudding is a must try.

Our waitress was amazing. I loved that I came in with 5 kids and no one batted an eye at how many kids I had and were still professional. The waitress was patient while my daughter used her AAC to order her food. They even brought my other daughter a peep when she tried to steal the one from our drinks. One of the best dining experiences I've had. The beef Wellington was so good as was the Easter roast. The pork belly meted in your mouth and I don't even like crab cakes but the crab cake was amazing as well. The sticky toffee pudding was hands down the best dessert I've had.

In town to visit my daughter in Boston U and decided to try Ramsays Kitchen. Was here roughly a year ago on a company visit, had an ok experience. This time, however, much better. The atmosphere was by far better, service was light years better and the food was definitely a hit. Server Lorna did an amazing job. Highly recommend!

My visit there was horrible! Service was pathetic. 45 minutes to get drinks and a lemonade for my son. Waitress could have cared less. She was inept. Told the manage I was about to walk out and he told me they would do better. I asked for two bottles of water with our meal and had to ask the waitress three times for it. I filled out their survey sent to me via email and they actually reached out to me. I asked to speak to someone and was assured I'd be contacted but it's 6 weeks later and haven't heard a peep. I’m guessing they don’t care. So many better restaurants in Boston. Avoid this one at all costs. He should pull his name off the front. His TV persona is obviously a sham!

Nice vibes, not too great of a seat. The food and drinks were good but took an hour to come out even with a reservation. Waiter was not attentive, it took nearly 20 or more minutes each time they came around to ask about anything such as deserts or more

Ramsays Kitchen Boston location :The Attention to detail : * Poor (Reason being went there for my son’s birthday(he is a fan of Gordon Ramsey)and mentioned it when I reserved the table online of the occasion. They didn’t do anything about this, other than just say,’Happy birthday’,at the front desk just before seating us at our table and then just bring us what we ordered from the menu.Disappointing.When my son took me to Del Frisco’s for my birthday- totally different ***** expedience.Waiter service : **** Was good.Would swing by often for feedback.Food : ***** Gordon Ramsey Standards no doubt. Impeccable. Applause to the Executive Chef.
