They are so friendly. I love the pizza.Parking: You have to double park on the street. Blue Hill is a very busy street, so you just need to be careful opening up your door and getting out of the car.
I called to do an order for delivery and the person taking orders was very rude and impatient. He answered the phone in a rush and acted annoyed every time I asked a question, such as a price or amount of food. His attitude was so bad and negative on the phone that I canceled the order while ordering it.

This place has been around since I was a kid… I love it… food is always a hit as expected… delivery is also always on time… I think even after 5o 6o bucks u get a free drink…
Asked for a delivery lady asked for apartment number but driver didn't want to come up then got mad cause I gave him no tip.. if he wants tip then finish your job I have lil kids at home I can leave them alone.

I called for a pick up shrimp chicken broccoli Alfredo soon as I called I wanted to make sure I had the right location so I asked the guy on the phone is this papa rinos on blue hill Ave he’s says very sarcastically it’s only one ma’m and laughs I said oh ok sorry isn’t there one on Geneva he’s says no that’s just rinos pizza mam’’ what do you want to order? I ignored it clearly he was having a bad day i don’t know I went to pick up my order up and wasn’t what I asked for $30 I paid for extra shrimp and only got 4 small shrimps and tons of chicken i also told the shop to please make sure the pasta was well done and it wasn’t it was very soupy and watery when I called the pizza shop back to explain my issue I was giving nothing but disrespect no apology no accountability no accommodation nothing I mention on the phone if Dina was there I wouldn’t have had this problem he says oh we’ll call and order food when shes working like who even says that to a paying customer just very rude and disrespectful I will never order from here again

Highly disappointed $15 for a grilled chicken caesar salad and the chicken was dry extremely overcooked the pita bread steel..the best thing about the meal was the salad dressing..the pizza is good thoughPeople if you are unsure of food temperatures invest in a thermometerReplying to the owners reply..of course??
