Came for the cocktails but was disappointed by mine. Seemed like the “i’m the problem” drink was switched from blackberry to raspberry which was not communicated and also was really off balance. couldn’t finish it. Others that were with liked their drinks. The Friday night atmosphere is weird - most people are sitting but some are standing, its hard to order at the bar, and its pretty dark. Maybe come back earlier in the day.

After a long wait, not only they gave me and my friends a discount, the food is AMAZING! I had the burger. Best burger I ever had. The staff is so sweet and I love the ambience. It’s lovely. I highly recommend it!
We were 15 minutes late looking for parking; I called the restaurant and they were very understanding and accomodating. We ordered several things (fries, chicken wings, Buffalo cauliflower bites, and blistered peppers); they were all delicious and a good amount for the price. I ordered a Fever Dream (Mezcal drink) which was wonderful, though a bit pricey. My date ordered a non-alcoholic drink which was disappointing and over priced (essentially Sprite with a splash of fruit juice for $9). The vibe of the room/decor was cool and confortable (though at least one song was more annoying than mood enhancing). My only real complaint was the service. Our waitress/server wasn't belatedly rude, but she was extremely negligente. She didn't ever seem interested in us, didn't offer menus or tell us about the QR code until we asked, and never checked back to see how any of the food or drinks were. She also failed to refill our water glasses until we sought her out and asked. The pros were strong enough to try it again, but I wouldn't sit in her section.

this is the worst bar i’ve ever been, it’s actually disgusting the energy we were met with when I was being harassed and made feel small for spending over $400+ while tipping the person 20%+ who wanted to cut us off for homophobia comments she decided to make:.: such a shame in the north…. and the bartend is Theresa. she is rude a hell:

So the interior decor is nice and what was that pulled me in. It was immediately replaced by a hostess wearing holy jeans and an attitude that she would rather be someplace else. Same vibe from bartender. My basic vodka and soda was disgusting. I asked for a vodka upgrade and pretty sure I didn’t get it. Or maybe the club soda or oj was old. I didn’t want to spend anymore time there so I paid the tab and left half of a drink there. I was in the military and I can’t remember the last time I ever did that. Haha! Go to the irish bar next door where people actually have a good time

This place kicks out military members apparently!!! Legitimately the worst place ever the bouncers kicked me out after my first drink because i was on the phone. I have no idea what his problem was, but I for sure can say I will take my money elsewhere. If I could give this place zero stars I would.

Visited Roxanne's tonight and, while the ambiance and decor were impressive, the experience was dampened by a 15-minute wait for a cocktail due to a lone bartender. No staff was apologetic, the extended delay was noticeable. When the drink finally arrived, it was disappointingly weak. While I appreciate the overall vibe of the place, I hope they address staffing concerns during busy times to enhance the customer experience.

We came here for a quick drink while waiting for our reservation at Yvonne and other guests to arrive. The place was empty, but probably before Thanksgiving. The drinks are okay, but they taste light and watery, and their fries must be ordered. It is an excellent place to hangout just for a quick drink, but the high tables are uncomfortable.
