5 stars - Sauce Burger is a hit! ? We tried the American burgers with fries and coleslaw, and they were all spot-on. Everything was super tasty. Definitely coming back for more!

2nd time trying here 2nd time not getting my order correct. Pricey and id expect my orders to be correct but there is a language barrier that appearently prohibits that. Order 4 burgers 2 fries and some drinks... only got 2 burgers (yes thats what i was charged for and didnt notice) and neither burger was made correctly. Then noticed was charged for an extra fries never received.

The all-american burger rocked my world. It completely changed my entire view of what a burger is. I am now going through an identity crisis because of that burger. The atmosphere is similar to a food court, but just sit at the bar a drink a twisted tea and you’ll have the time of your life thinking about how this burger might be the greatest thing ever.

There were two people working on November 2, 2023, I placed an online order, went down 15 minutes later to see they were cleaning the grill at 12:30 PM, and they had not processed my order. They pulled a pre-cooked burger from a drawer and put it on the grill briefly, which might be fine, but it was not warmed sufficiently to be enjoyable, and they gave me fries that were luke warm when I sat down to eat. Obviously, not freshly cooked, who knows how long they had been sitting there. This was lunchtime on Thursday, that should not be the case. Completely disappointing, and didn’t save me the time I hoped for by ordering online.

I have to agree with Adam G.'s post from a year ago. I didn't think you could mess up a burger. The meat was- meat? It had no resemblance to ground beef at all. Didn't taste like beef, either. It seemed pressed - even the frozen burgers you get at the grocery store are better. I was surprised that this place- touted as having chef inspired food- was so bad. I couldn't eat it- and I'm not a picky eater.

There’s two cooks that were literally talking to each other rather than cooking burgers during dinner rush hour. Burger came out and one bun was frigid cold. The burger was mediocre and the fries were so over salted.

Bacon burger order wasn't completed; I return back to get my bacon. Apparently the cook didn't read my order, hello!

We’ve really missed our favorite burger from Sauce in Andover and stopped off at North Station on our way into Boston today. Totally hit the spot! Only one guy working but he did a perfect job.

One of the best burgers I have ever had. Reasonably priced and a great size for that price. Plenty of bacon on the bacon egg and cheeseburger. The gentlemen working the counter was friendly and efficient. No wait at all.Highly recommended!

Ordered at a kiosk ahead of the line. Still took 45 minutes to get my food to me and made me miss my train. Burger was made well before the fries and was cold by the time I got my food.

I invite you to disregard the single star reviews from rushed, uniformed, and impatient individuals: this place is amazing! Not only was my burger not undercooked (the person behind the counter even asked what temperature we wanted them), but my burger was delicious beyond description! Crispy bacon, delicious fried egg, and a perfectly cooked patty as well. The fries were good, everything was good! And we definitely didn’t wait for too long. I’m glad we decided to stop here; delicious!

Waited ten minutes and finally had to leave or I’d miss my train. They only had two orders to prepare and seem to have blown both of us off.

Had come from Andover after that location's unfortunate destruction from a fire, and I was blown away. Whoever was cooking on January 5th at noon made the most juicy and delectable Sauce burgers I have ever had. And he was a really nice and outgoing guy, too; give that man a raise.
