Booked a last minute dinner for clients last Friday. Dinner was solid, nothing crazy. I lost my receipt and I needed it for expenses. Reached out to the restaurant a few days later to find it. They went above and beyond to help me. I had a busy day and I couldn't answer their phone calls at one point in this process, they reached out to me multiple times in order to make sure my issue was solved. Super impressed with customer service and will definitely be going back because of that!

Excellent service, excellent atmosphere and overall fantastic staff. Carl makes the best green tea shots I have ever had and George was attentive and very friendly and polite and took care of us! If you're looking for a great spot with a great atmosphere this is the place to be!!

The burger and buffalo chicken are the only things that are worth getting here, have tried the whole menu since we live next door and keep wanting to give it a try - but it’s just not good. Either too fatty or lacking flavor or too salty or weird portions of ingredients… there’s a lot wrong. But. The take out pizza is ok, so tonight we called to get a pizza at 7:45 on a Sunday - and they said they weren’t serving food anymore! Apparently on slow days they just close the kitchen. On a Sunday at 7:45?! So unreliable, man this place needs a new operator.

The bartender Anthony was the best most attentive bartender in Boston, he made the best drinks that were phenomenal and my friends I felt so at home being in this establishment- highly recommend!

Fun sports bar! Came in on a busy weekend after Thanksgiving and Seaport Social had a really fun atmosphere. The server was a bit slow to come over, but was very friendly and helpful for the rest of dinner. The food wasn't anything special, but the prices weren't too expensive. I would have liked to see more seasonal offerings, all of the drinks were from the summer and it seems like they never updated their beer list. Would come back for a drink and for the fun atmosphere!

The buffalo chicken ravioli app and bolognese meal were very very good. The drinks were also above average. We sat at the bar and the bartenders were decent but a little standoffish
It's Wednesday 11/8/2023, and I arrived at 915. I'm a black man, resident of Seaport. The bar has mostly college students, probably for cheap drinks. Surprising in this part of town.Bartender told me I had time to order 1 drink, and then they were closing. Yet, 2 white women walked in at 945, and were enthusiastically served menus.I can see there are black male staff at this bar, perhaps even managers.Try to understand that if you had the same experience elsewhere yourself, what that might feel like.Try to do better. #implicitbias

Went with friends for late night drinks and apps. Easily accessible in the Seaport. Fun atmosphere and crowd. We will come again!

I came here after Harpoons Oktoberfest with some friends. I was all boozed out so I did not have anything to drink. This was a nice bar and anice space. But the bouncer was not allowing anyone to bring in their cups from the Oktoberfest. Iasked if I could put it in my bag or coat pocket and I wouldn't take it out while I was in there. And hesaid Nope. It was very packed and did take bartender a bit of time to take my friend's drink orders. I would maybe try this bar out on a less packed night. But I think it is a great addition to the area.
