I came to this place for my friend’s birthday brunch! The staff was so wonderful and gratefully accommodated all of your requests, down to helping store and distribute our cake! Our host Cheyenne provided some wonderful recommendations and help to our party of 8 people, while our server Christina was so kind and made sure that all our drinks and food were properly prepared and delivered. The views were also AMAZING!! I loved the cocktails and the brunch menu. On behalf of my friends and I, thank you to the Deck 12 staff for a great experience; I will definitely be returning and recommending this place.

Good choice of food and drinks with a decent view of the bay area. Staff were friendly and attentive. Both meals ordered in our party were thoroughly enjoyed. Would return again in the future for definite.

Overall good experience, Robert was very attentive and the manager stopped by to see how we were doing. The Chicken Rancho Flatbread was a perfect lite meal for two. The clam chowder was excellent, full of clams and bacon. The crowd was primarily younger set 20-30s with a smattering of older sets. We were one of the older sets but felt very comfortable at their high top tables.

We were on the rooftop outside for the Solar Eclipse and we had a wonderful time! The service was excellent especially considering there were so many people crowding outside to see the view. One of the managers Cheyenne was so pleasant and helpful and was keeping people moving so that everyone got a view but also so that the people seated at the tables were still comfortable. The head of HR was also there on the rooftop and was very friendly and fun! We will definitely be back and will highly recommend your restaurant.

We were there for the eclipse viewing so the atmosphere was very festive. Service was great considering they were fully booked. We had a 90 minute time limit which ran over because service was slow getting us the check but understandable on that day.

Tiny rooftop area, my reservation was for my birthday and there was no acknowledgement of it until I mentioned it. Most restaurants add a happy birthday with dessert, but they don't. Food was decent though but I wouldn't go again. They cater to the bougie folks

The caramel chai-tini was fantastic! Everything else was eh to be honest. Super quiet inside & the food wasn't fantastic. The spiked hot chocolate was actually vile. BUT the views are nice & we made the most of it.

Had a lovely little late lunch outside on the roof deck with the Apres menu. Had delicious calamari and the cheese fondue! Loved the ambiance (ski Adirondack chairs, lift swings) and the playlist.

1st time here, Th nite vibes were low key& most guests were outside on patio. Our server, Robert, was ? great and friendly. My pal& I ordered a couple of drink rounds, the fondue for 2& wings. Obviously the drinks hike up the price, but overall decent value for tasty food. The fondue was a Perfect choice for a light eat for 2& we actually took home leftovers. Will return!

We first booked to be outside but it was not heated very well so the staff graciously move us inside upon request. Although the deck was very cool with a ski theme going on. The brunch fondue advertised that we had planned to get was nonexistent. We ended up getting individual items and shading chocolate fondue. My French toast felt like an underwhelming kids dish. My friend didn't finish their waffle sandwich. My boyfriend like his Hash Asada. The fondue was very low in the pot to the point we could barely reach into it from the high top and we didn't get to use half of our f dipping choices. Considering the fondue is so expensive it was a little crazy how little we were given. The service was great and the restaurant was pretty empty.

I was really looking forward to the Apres chocolate fondue but was greatly disappointed. We ordered the adult s'mores hot chocolate and a hot chocolate for my daughter. We got watered down drinks that were lukewarm. They tasted like warm water and Hershey's chocolate. The chocolate fondue arrived and it was more of the same. Lukewarm Hershey's chocolate. We got strawberries, bananas, marshmallows, pretzels, figs and 2 large chocolate chip cookies. Some good choices to dip but definitely not worth $45 for 2 people. They had heat lamps that gave off very little warmth. I will not go back.

The food is not terrible but definitely overpriced. You’re paying for the aesthetic. They sneak the 18% gratuity onto your check as a line item so be prepared to review it well before signing! We didn’t realize this so tipped on the total for mediocre service. Likely won’t be back, but glad we tried it after seeing it posted online.

Service was not good. Didn't have a server come up to us for over 20 minutes so we had to go inside and order from the bar. It was also not busy at all. Drinks weren't that good and food was overexpensive and not great. Only good thing is the atmosphere and view from the rooftop. I wouldn't go again.
