TLDR: bulgogi is classic and delicious; everything else lacked flavor, texture, and/or attention to detailMore detail:We got way too much food for two people delivered on a rainy night because I was craving bulgogi and then got distracted by the rest of the menu.Bulgogi: perfectly hit the spot. Marinade is classic and yummy, and the beef is tender and disappears way too quickly. I would order this again in a heartbeat when I have a bulgogi craving.Kalbi: flavor is ok but not deep/intense, and the lack of depth of flavor along with how tough the meat was makes me think the meat wasn’t marinated long enough. There was sauce poured over the top to try to cover the flavor issue, but it didn’t work.Chicken wings (original): they came with honey mustard sauce, which was yummy. The wings themselves were nothing special. They weren’t extra crispy or particularly tender. They were fine.Corn and cheese: lightly sweet and crunchy. This was a bit of an impulse add to the cart, and I’m not mad. It made up for the disappointing wings.Bibimbap with chicken: so disappointing. The chicken wasn’t seasoned at all. Because we got galbi and bulgogi, we decided to try the chicken bibimbap, and it was the wrong choice. There was no flavor, and it ruined the whole dish. The egg was well-fried and still lightly runny when it arrived, which is the best thing that can be said about the whole dish.

Food was ok, bulgogi nachos needed more cheese, crispy corn was interesting, like eating cereal almost. Birthday shots ordered, 3 shots with some lights flashing at you. Karaoke was hilarious to watch.

Sojuba is FUN! The food is good, the Soju pitchers are fantastic, and the music they play is often BANGING! Do be warned this place is on the expensive side, but it's always a great time! Also as a pro tip, order as much as possible when your server comes around, they are so busy so you might not see them again for awhile.

Food is mid, but thats not even the worst part. The owner of the place recently got caught for wage theft, owing around $300,000 to over 60 employees. All that while driving their two white lamborghini's and ferrari. Would not recommend.

Get the crispy corn and thank me later. I don’t understand how people aren’t selling this stuff legally, illegally, just selling it. Came back just to eat the crispy

Food was whatever overpriced and not a very descriptive menu. They were rotating between only 5 to 10 songs I know cause one of them was soulja boy. Drinks good, and bartenders attentive although it wasn't busy at all.

I don't know how this place only has a 4.0 rating. Came here before we went to a show at the music hall and it was great! Fast service. Every dish shows yummy. Definitely a fun atmosphere to come with with a whole group!

Really, really good food. And impeccable vibes inside. The TVs play music videos for kpop groups and they go all out for birthdays. We hadn't been there on a Friday before but after seeing that we decided our groups next bday dinner would be there!!! Good music, good drinks, good food, and good people. What more could you ask for. The guy at the front let us sit in the foyer as multiple Ubers cancelled early in the morning/late at night which was so sweet and definitely not necessary. The crispyness of my bibambap made my night on a rainy dreary Friday and we instantly perked up w the good energy!

I have been to Sojuba many times and really enjoy it as a late night food spot with drinks and solid Korean food.I went the other day with some friends and got a bottle of soju, soy garlic chicken wings, and decided to try the bulgogi nachos. I was unsure about the nachos but my friends wanted them and the server said the spicy pork ones were good. The soy garlic chicken wings here are amazing and part of the reason why I come back. They're always hot, crispy and taste the perfect amount of sweetness and saltiness. The bulgogi nachos were not horrible but a bit of a miss for me, especially for $17. There was little meat and the only other toppings were the movie theatre nacho cheese, tomatoes, onions, and jalapeños. We are all of them but I wish they used actual melted cheese and maybe had some sauce. Although the nachos were a miss, I still recommend coming here if you're looking for late night Korean food or drinks. It is a bit pricy, but when it's past 11/12 and you're starving for Korean food it is worth it (and there's no other options!). Their bibimbap is solid, the wings are solid, and bulgogi is good too. I will for sure be coming back and hope to try some new items!

Uber eats order while traveling for business. On my view, getting a 5* based on Uber eats alone is challenging delivery food is usually not as good as in person dining.Crunchy corn was the star of the show. A great crunch with a sweet and salty flavor. I want try to figure out how to replicate at home. The garlic noodles were great too, simple and tastyBulgogi was good as well.
