Oof. It's in a great location, but it's a threadbare Starbucks inside. They were out of a lot of items, we had to wait about 20 minutes for cold brew to be ready, and they don't have facilities inside (chairs, tables, bathrooms???) so it's kind of awkward. Tried the olive oil something or another. It wasn't great. I'll stick with what I know I like.

Overall trash. I found a piece of stringy blonde hair on my cup. I would gladly appreciate if you can keep your hair attached to your head instead of my drink. There’s flys within the food case and around the teas. The wait time is astonishingly long. You’re guaranteed to be waiting 20-30 mins for your order it’s best to go to another location because this one is just a straight waste of trash.

I ordered a brown shaken espresso with vanilla sweet cream and 5 pumps my usual and apparently they don’t know how to do it, because I pretty much got a cup of vanilla sweet cream a dab of espresso and then I come back and even though her customer service was good she made me another one with just espresso and a pinch of sweet cream. Smh all this really did was waste my money because this is not a pleasant drink.

Worse customer service in the block. The wait in line for basic orders such as hot brew coffee and iced coffee is ridiculous; seven people working the floor every morning, and yet each basic order takes, on average, 15 to 20 minutes. Advise: place your orders online 30 minutes ahead of time.
