Intrigued, as a non-American, to find Starbucks open on Christmas Day, but also quite pleased as it gave us a haven from the cold but bright day on our walk around Boston Common. Cheerful staff, cheerful atmosphere but limited seating and bank account-strainingly expensive prices, as with all Starbucks world wide, it would seem. Maybe they need to start paying those taxes now!

The worst Starbucks store in Boston. Fri pm 10/27 the lead drink blonde barista has an attitude and lied about running out of strawberry refreshers they JUST didn't have their act together and didn't start until I told them twice! 25 minute wait for a drink unacceptable service Do Not give them the business they suck!

The barista was so kind, made us feel welcomed and even gave us a free iced coffee. I didn’t catch her name but she had a hat with a smiley face sticker. Amazing customer service!

I recently was walking through the public garden my favorite relaxing section of the city one beautiful weekend afternoon and discovered this Starbucks location the person that took my order on the counter was very kind and friendly and helpful also the brasta that made my latte was kind and friendly also the shandalear light on the ceiling and it's a cute little coffee house in an excellent location near beacon Hill and the back Bay thank you so much for making me welcomed and the polite customer service

Bizarre Starbucks in a bad way. Anybody can walk in off the street to use the bathroom which sounds nice but those of us who actually paid for drinks would have to wait begin a line of literally 10 or more people. There’s one staff member front of house. She’s taking the orders and making the drinks. We had three things so had to wait because each time she made one of our drinks she went to take another order before making the next drink. No idea what the other guy is doing but at Starbucks prices this whole set up is not cool at all.

After having my coffee there. I waited a queue over 10 minutes to go to the restroom. Starbucks’ employee didn’t allowed to go to the restroom. And she was really irrespecutful when I inquired. A place to not return.
