One of the entrance doors only opens/closes about halfway. I opened the door for someone and my coffee ended up all over me. I asked the barista if this happens a lot and she responded, “yes, all the time”. That makes me think there should be a sign or warning on the door. I’ll consider this my cue to stop buying $6 cold brews.

This place is a convenient Starbucks if you are working at the Courthouse, or staying at the Envoy Hotel, like we did. Doesn't get as much traffic as the Starbucks a few blocks away on Seaport Boulevard... good to know. Great staff, large place with lots of seating. Well made Latte and good supply of Komodo Dragon beans.

My husband and I had pineapple refreshers and hot caramel macchiatos. Yummy! It had all of the usual Starbaucks fare in the hotel.
Ordered a coffee on the app today and they apparently didn't have one of the ingredients I had requested. Rather than just omit it altogether, or cancel my order, like has happened in many previous frustrating experiences at coffee shops, one of the folks there, Zach( or Zack?) held my coffee back at the waiting area and was clearly looking to help. As soon as I said my name looking to pick up my drink he walked me quickly through the "why" and offered a few helpful solutions. Doesn't seem like much in the grand scheme of things, but it's the little extra touches that make people's day. The little kindness certainly made mine. I don't leave review often, but I wanted to make sure it got noted. That kind of work ethic shouldn't go unnoticed. Awesome job!

This branch’s manager went above and beyond was cleaning the restrooms when I was trying to use. The employees were very nice. My coffee quality is as usual in Starbucks
