A couple of the baristas are miserable. Especially the male who opens up in the morning. Always opens late and could care less about his customers.

I love Starbucks, but this is by far the worst one I’ve ever been to in terms of service. The workers are unhelpful and have no sense of urgency. They couldn’t care less how long you wait for your drink. One person making drinks and another at the register, even when no one is actively ordering. I’m standing there biting my tongue… like it’s one thing if you don’t care about your customers, but help out your colleague!

Has always been hectic but was a lot better before the renovations. Management seems completely nonexistent. Employees are very overwhelmed and can’t keep up with the volume (which the renovations only seem to have increased).

They half fill cups here. Wasted 200 stars on a grande drink that only filled up a short cup. Don’t wast your money. Also mostly run by students who seriously don’t care if you live or die in their store.

So disappointed that Starbucks stopped offering Sweet & Low as a choice for sugar substitute. Now they only offer Splenda and Stevia. Stevia is banned in Europe and research associates it with increased risks for stokes & heart attacks. Not a good decision Starbucks!

All the employees here are great except for Cory the manager who treats everyone incredibly poorly and fires people for no reason right before the holidays. He was also incredibly rude to me in the store when I went in to get a drink.

No seating area - completely upends the idea of what a coffee shop should be.

There are some good Starbucks locations in the area, but this is not one of them. This is an “avoid” location. Multiple poor experiences here, overall theme of the staff being apathetic. They don’t like Starbucks and tend to make that clearly known. It comes out in the customer service and general apathy (“not my job” mentality). Also, warning: There is zero seating and zero customer restrooms. Unfortunately this location has a captive audience so they probably do ok financially. I wish something else would open as competition. I am not part of their captive audience so will no longer be coming here.

When will you reopen? You've been closed for many months now.

Been in line for more than 7 mins and it hasn't moved cuz the are ignoring the customer in line and only doing the mobile orders... they need a better system. Or if there is one they aren't doing it.

One customer complained about wait for drinks and then one of the baristas starting yelling at everyone waiting for their drinks. We all just looked at each other like wtf. Everyone was super patient clearly she was having a bad day but come on. This location already basically fired their employees last year and closed down. I want the old baristas back!! I will say the barista who made my drink did a but two starts because I got yelled at for no reason

Asked for a small amount of steamed cream to add to coffee and they refused, wanting to charge, making them the third of hundreds of Starbucks shops to pull this. Ride and unnecessary, so I'll add cold cream to my joe making for a sub standard experience that translates to a less than stellar re view for this location.

Standing room only horrible flow of operation. Total cluster. Would never send someone to this location. Definitely worth a longer journey to go to a different Starbucks!

They just opened up to public again after 6 or 7 months of renovation. We expected the place to look great, but it's an utter disappointment now. They have removed all the seating areas and have made it into a takeaway joint. What's the point of having a cafe building with NO seating, might as well have made it into a drive-thru. This used to be one of my fav spots to hang out but hate this new version. They have even put their tumbler selling stand in front of the wooden benches to discourage anyone from sitting. No toilets now too. On top of that the Americano my husband ordered was bad as well.
