The staff is always so kind to me, I’d come here before Tatte’s any day. Idk normal selection of Starbucks food I seldom get it. Atmosphere is lots of people studying few are working remote couple people chillin out. Parking quickly fills up right outside.

This is a larger Starbucks. The music is great& there is plenty of room, for your friends to meet you. More than standing room only. The service was friendly& the bathroom was clean. A number of professionals & students were in attendance: laughing, arguing, studying, having fun& logging online. When I first arrived the store was half full. When I left all the seats had been taken.

Ordered a grande matcha but only got half of my cup filled. Prices are high but I'd feel better knowing I'm at least getting what I paid for.

I'm posting anonymously since for the most part I like the service - but the reason for the rating is because there was an incident that although it didn't stop me from coming altogether (well it did for a couple weeks), it left a pretty bad taste in my mouth and I'm still pretty livid about it.Basically, I had a barista approach and chastise me about something, while I was minding my own business - but I think the issue is that it was in front of customers when it should not have been. It involved some personal things which weren't anyone else's business, it was humiliating as f--- and I did absolutely nothing to deserve it. Yes, even the thing that it was for.

Nice big and quiet! Big change from most of my usual haunts. The barista I think his name was Tommy Tom was so sweet and gave me some info on a Harvard one that has few surprises I didn't know about!
Friendly staff, student/WFH friendly - decent seating for working. To be noted it always very cold inside, I always need to bring a sweater.

One of my favorite places in Allston neighborhood. I’ve been a regular for a year. The staff/baristas have always been so kind. They made me feel like I was home having moved from so far away. This is one of the better Starbucks locations in the city. The baristas are always pleasant, friendly, and upfront about any issues that may be occurring. For instance, one of the espresso machines was down the last time I was in and the barista gave me a heads-up that the wait for my drink would be longer than usual and was patient while I chose a non-espresso based drink for time's sake. This location is spacious with ample seating and though I've never done it, it seems like it'd be a great place to sit and do some work or read.
