During busy hours, it can get very hectic which can make the experience very frustrating. Nonetheless, this is simply due to high demand. Overall, the staff are really warm and welcoming (during calm hours). Once you become a regular they greet with enthusiasm and kindness. I don’t remember many names but Marcella and Monica definitely keep me returning!

The staff here is so rude. I’ve never had an issue with my drink but after wanting to use my BOGO offer last weekend, I was told that wasn’t a deal even after showing them the coupon. I also showed them how I am able to do it on the app but I use my husky card so I don’t have to pay actual cash so I can’t do it on the app. I called Starbucks customer service to make sure that I can use it there and they said I should be able to and gave me a refund for the drink which was great. I tried again today and once again I was denied but this the three staff members stood in front of me loudly saying to me I cannot use it. I felt students staring at me and it was completely embarrassing. One of the workers had the nerve to say “yeah you complained and our manager told us about it” after telling them Starbucks said this was a participating location when I called them. All I wanted to do was use the coupon and I was extremely nice about it and did not demand the coupon, I simply asked if I could use it. I did not need three staff members causing a scene or confronting me about how I “complained” because their manager spoke to them. I had to interrupt them ranting at me and tell them it was fine and I would like to order. Completely unprofessional

Baristas are so rude and when I said someone took my drink they said there’s nothing they can do about it. Still havent gotten my drink and ive been waiting for 1 hour.

I want to be supportive because I really like Starbucks but I’m getting really tired of having to wait 30+ minutes (for mobile order) just for them to give me the wrong size. I understand the rushes are really bad and orders get super backed up but at this point either hire more people or rework the space to deal with how busy it gets.

The workers are extremely rude and slow. They are not accommodating in the slightest- don’t waste your time just walk to a different Starbucks (they aren’t far).

Super great atmosphere, good service handmade, no, handcrafted beverages. I love being able to go outside and sit by the Koi fish pond. I also recommend sitting on the stage if there aren’t enough tables and chairs available. otherwise, I have no complaints; this is a stable, good choice for our go to Starbucks.

This Starbucks is just like the dozens of other Starbucks that I have patronized over the past 30 years. Same options in both food and coffee. I think it would be great if Starbucks in each geographical offered something specific to their region, other than a coffee mug. For example, since this Buxes is in Boston, perhaps canolli as a regional item, or in Portland Maine perhaps a Whoopie Pie..
