I love Starbucks but I'm not a fan of this location. You can easily spend 20 minutes waiting for a cup of coffee.I understand that this is a busy location but the waiting time is unacceptable.I'd say do yourself a favor and go to a different location. You would be saving a lot of time!

I ordered a sandwich and asked for hot sauce with one of the baristas (she wore flannel shirt). She was being so rude and told me next time just ask for it at the registered. I mean she can just turn around and grab it for me. She acted so annoyed with me and didn’t have service mind at all. I work in Copley so I ordered from this location almost everyday and everyone is really nice except this girl with a bad attitude.

This eatery is in desperate need of a deep clean . Beyond belief that food and drinks are prepared here . This was 8am in the morning ?Just look at the dirty marks on the cupboard doors sideboard level in the pictures below .Very disappointing

Worst cashier at this location. It is Dec 17, 2023 11:30 am. Whoever is on shift does not say hi, does not greet with good morning, does not say thank you - seems like she hates her job. You don't want to see a frowning face as you start your day at at a coffee shop.

We were guests at the hotel. Depending on the day, this location will refuse to allow you to order there and you must use the mobile app. They refused to help an older individual who did not have the starbucks app.

I do not recommend this location at all, you’re better off walking to the Starbucks at 755 Boylston St which is far better in my experience and only a 3 minutes walk away!

This place has horrible lines, no order management and basically holds you hostage because they do not issue refunds. Expect to wait 45 minutes for an iced coffee.

I come to this location almost every morning. Once, I had an issue with my card and my drink was already being made. Rich told me not to worry and let me get my drink either way. Really appreciate the customer service from him. Will definitely continue visiting this location because of the great experience. Thank you!

Mobil order Starbucks signature dark roast was watered down. They also don't put out coffee condoments anymore leaving you to have to ask the workers and its very hard when they are always so busy.

I lost track of how many times we visited this Starbucks during a conference at the Marriott. Prompt, courteous, and incredibly patient service during a very busy weekend. All of my drinks were made perfectly (I may have strained their stock of supplies for Chai with espresso by the end of our stay!)
