They're only 3 Starbucks I only go to in Boston this the first 1 I think ofI love the giant orders board with my name on it love the atmosphere I love the convenience of it near Back Bay Station and the Green Line and Newbury

Typical Starbucks. I had no issues here. Put in my mobile order and it was ready in a timely manner. My drink was delicious and I had no complaints.

Too much gossiping and talking behind the counter today; drinks were wayyyy behind and it was clearly due to lack of urgency from the baristas behind the counter. This is the exact reason I stopped going to the Tremont location, so I hope this doesn’t become a thing here. If I didn’t grab my sandwich prior to my drink being ready, it would have been ice cold. The expediter, however, is doing a great job- - she deserves to be recognized.. iThanks for your attention to this.

A gentleman sat for 15 minutes to order while there were 4 associates dancing and trying to leave i come here with my team 2 times a day they are horrible service after 3
