I frequent this Starbucks often and while they are good most days, one thing I have noticed quite often is every time I get a hot chocolate, there is espresso in it. I'm not a coffee person and caffeine tends to make me far too jittery and I simply do not like the taste of it. I understand that it happens sometimes, but being a former Starbucks barista, it's kind of ridiculous that this happens so often. And asking for them to correct it, they simply get upset about having to remake it, but if it were made right the first time, no remake would be needed. I know it's a fast paced environment most mornings and misreading something can be so easy, but when this happens multiple times, it just gets old.

Great place to grab a coffee. It’s proximity to The Boston Park Plaza ensures easy access to quickly jump in and out. Small neat and clean place overviewing the street.

There is no sense of urgency here. Takes 20-30 minutes every single time for an online order to be made. There is only only one person doing the orders, awful.

Service was terrible. There was a girl named ARI - Pari - something like that. Working with her headphones on. I was trying to ask her a question and she totally ignored me. I know she saw me. Another associate had to come from the other side of the store to answer my question. She was very disrespectful (ARI-Pari). I then asked her another question - she looked up for a second and realized I was talking to her and she looked down again - totally ignoring me. People in customer service should not be allowed to wear headphones and treat the customers like we are bothering them. I spent $12 on two cups of coffee and this is how she treats customers? Why is the music so loud in the morning? They are attached to my hotel & it's ridiculous to have such loud music first thing in the morning. My name is easy, the location was almost empty, but the music was so loud they couldn't hear my name. I drink a Starbucks in my local location daily, same order every single morning. The coffee at this location tastes like water, do they use a different coffee grounds?

Timmy, apparently barista of the month really acts like he doesn't want to work there. I'm sorry Timmy that I came into the store and bothered you by purchasing a coffee product. I'm sorry Timmy that I used cash but to snatch it out of my hand, give me $1.00 short change (consider that your tip) and then simply say "it'll be over there" while motioning with your thumb was overtly rude. This is a high volume store I get it but it gave opportunity to watch Timmy interact with others to see that his treatment of me was decidedly different and rude; don't be an asshole Timmy, no one likes an asshole.

Preorders on the app said 5 minutes. 20 minutes later we were still waiting. I asked where the order was and they said the order didn't print. Um then how did you hand my daughter her muffin ? Manager said ONLY that part printed. So we went to tell her our order so she could make the coffee and another employee literally handed her our order slip, you know, the one she said hadn't printed.

This is a great coffee shop. This Summer, I have an internship at animal rescue league and this is close by. I stopped here this week on the way to work for an iced coffee. I would got here again. Overall, it's highly recommended.
